En el marco de este encuentro, se suscribió un convenio de cooperación con esta importante empresa que permitirá formar a 20 000 jóvenes peruanos en nuevas tecnologías de la información. Esto contribuirá a desarrollar la fuerza laboral altamente capacitada que nuestro país necesita.

Firmaron este acuerdo el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Javier González-Olaechea Franco, en representación del Gobierno del Perú, y el gerente general de Huawei Perú, Zhang Peng, por parte de Huawei.

FACILIDADES PARA LA INVERSIÓN
La presidenta sostuvo, asimismo, una reunión con el presidente de BYD, Wang Chuanfu, y visitó el campo automotriz de la empresa, que está revolucionando la industria con sus automóviles y autobuses eléctricos. Sus negocios incluyen los distintos y modernos sistemas de almacenamiento de energía, así como el transporte ferroviario de alta calidad.

La jefa de Estado resaltó las grandes ventajas que ofrece nuestro país a las inversiones privadas. “Estamos promoviendo cero aranceles para que podamos incentivar que más empresas quieran invertir en el Perú. Desde el gobierno garantizamos un país democrático, con seguridad jurídica, y que lo que se pacta, se respeta en el tiempo”, afirmó.

Invitó a la compañía BYD a instalar una planta ensambladora en Perú, aprovechando que en noviembre se inaugurará el puerto de Chancay, que permitirá el ingreso de grandes embarcaciones. “Vamos a construir un parque industrial, ya sea en Chancay o en Arequipa. En alguno de estos lugares se podría estar instalando esta industria de ensamblaje de vehículos. En vez de traer desde Perú a China el cobre y el litio, vayan a Perú, a hacer su industria de ensamblaje”, recalcó.

Sobre el tema, el ministro de Transporte y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes, dijo que existe gran interés por sustituir las unidades de transporte público por vehículos eléctricos. Para ello, se plantea establecer un acuerdo con el gobierno chino, para conseguir una línea de garantía de financiamiento.

“La idea sería que, cuando nos visiten por APEC, se pueda firmar este convenio para sustituir, en los próximos tres o cuatro años, a un número importante de taxis que circulan por Lima o los 20 mil vehículos de hasta 25 pasajeros, conocidos como combis”, enfatizó.

Refirió que su sector está trabajando un proyecto de ley junto con el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas y el Congreso de la República para eliminar el pago de impuestos a la importación de vehículos eléctricos que sean destinados al transporte público. Esto incluye a los taxis.

A su turno, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, José Arista, recordó que nuestro país ha firmado un tratado de libre comercio con China en el año 2010.

“Eso no solo asegura arancel cero en Perú y China para una serie de productos, sino también brinda seguridad a las inversiones chinas en Perú”, indicó. Del mismo modo, sostuvo que a fin de año se estaría celebrando el tratado para evitar la doble tributación entre China y Perú.

Luego de la reunión con el presidente de BYD, la jefa de Estado tuvo un encuentro con Zheng Yi, gerente general de ELINC – China Electronic Corporation (CEC), empresa dedicada a brindar soluciones industriales y electrónicas para la seguridad informática y la seguridad ciudadana bajo el concepto de Smart City.

De la misma manera, la presidenta Dina Boluarte sostuvo una reunión y saludo protocolar con las autoridades políticas de la ciudad, entre las que destacaron el alcalde del Gobierno Popular Municipal de Shenzhen, Qin Weizhong, y altos representantes de la Oficina de Asuntos Exteriores del Gobierno Municipal.

EXPOSICIÓN DE PIEZAS PRECOLOMBINAS
Como primera actividad de su Visita de Estado, la presidenta Dina Boluarte acudió al Museo de Nanshan de Shenzhen para inaugurar una importante exhibición de piezas precolombinas denominada “Los Incas y su Tawantinsuyo”.

“Esta exposición itinerante, que viene recorriendo los museos más prestigiosos de China, presenta más de 150 piezas arqueológicas originales provenientes de 14 museos peruanos. Quisiera destacar que esta muestra arqueológica no solo es una exhibición cultural, sino también un símbolo de la sólida amistad entre nuestros dos países”, resaltó la presidenta Boluarte.

En la inauguración de esta muestra arqueológica estuvieron presentes el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Javier González-Olaechea, y el director del Museo de Nanshan de Shenzhen, Qi Xin, entre otras autoridades peruanas y chinas. La exhibición fue organizada por la empresa Shanghai Youxiang and Exchange Development Company.
