“Necesitamos un fertilizante amigable con el medio ambiente, con el agricultor, que llegue con bajo costo y que reemplace las importaciones que estamos haciendo. Esto será posible con los fosfatos de Bayóvar”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

Además del premier, en el acto de firma de adenda participaron el ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero; los viceministros de Economía, Carlos González, y de Minas, Henry Luna; el director ejecutivo de ProInversión, José Salardi; y el apoderado de Fospac, Martín Ferreyros.

Adicionalmente, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) aseguró que con este acuerdo los agricultores no tendrán que pagar por fertilizantes caros. “Lo vamos a hacer aquí, en Perú, y no te hará daño. Además, mejoraremos nuestras condiciones de exportación”, añadió.

Con la adenda se espera llegar a producir anualmente hasta 2.5 millones de toneladas de roca fosfórica, las cuales podrán usarse en la producción de ácido fosfórico y fertilizantes granulares. Asimismo, generará un importante impacto económico en la comunidad campesina San Martín de Sechura.

“Esta suscripción revela la apuesta de la inversión privada por un país que es serio y que genera estabilidad, confianza y optimismo. En esa línea de acción nos encontramos”, remarcó el premier Adrianzén, quien informó que en el primer semestre del 2024 se logró adjudicar proyectos por más de 5000 millones de dólares a través de asociaciones público privadas.

Anunció que para el segundo semestre se tiene previsto continuar con las adjudicaciones del ferrocarril Huancayo – Huancavelica, la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales (PTAR) de Puerto Maldonado y el Nuevo Hospital de Emergencias de Villa El Salvador, así como diversos proyectos eléctricos de plan de transmisión.

ACCIONES DE CONTROL
En otro momento, el premier Adrianzén indicó que las acciones de control deben de ser permanentes en todo el aparato público. “Allí donde se detecte alguna irregularidad se deberá destituir a los funcionarios, y posteriormente iniciar los procesos administrativos o penales que correspondan”, aseveró.

En esa línea, subrayó la iniciativa del contralor general de la República, Nelson Shack, para realizar acciones de control en distintas dependencias del Ministerio del Interior, entre ellas la División de Investigación de Delitos de Alta Complejidad (Diviac) de la Policía Nacional.

With the addendum, it is expected to produce up to 2.5 million tons of phosphate rock annually, which can be used in the production of phosphoric acid and granular fertilizers. Likewise, it will generate a significant economic impact on the San Martín de Sechura farming community.

“This subscription reveals the commitment of private investment to a country that is serious and that generates stability, trust and optimism. We are in that line of action,” remarked Premier Adrianzén, who reported that in the first half of 2024 it was achieved award projects worth more than $5 billion through public-private partnerships.

He announced that for the second semester it is planned to continue with the awards of the Huancayo – Huancavelica railway, the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) of Puerto Maldonado and the New Emergency Hospital of Villa El Salvador, as well as various electrical projects of plan of transmission.

CONTROL ACTIONS
At another time, Premier Adrianzén indicated that control actions must be permanent throughout the public apparatus. “Where any irregularity is detected, the officials must be dismissed, and the corresponding administrative or criminal processes must subsequently be initiated,” he stated.

Along these lines, he highlighted the initiative of the Comptroller General of the Republic, Nelson Shack, to carry out control actions in different departments of the Ministry of the Interior, including the High Complexity Crime Investigation Division (Diviac) of the National Police.
