“La corte, de manera insólita y sin que exista jurisprudencia, dicta una medida cautelar contra un proyecto legislativo que ni siquiera se ha convertido en ley”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial en conferencia de prensa tras el consejo de ministros.
Remarcó que el Perú es un estado independiente y soberano, y criticó que la justicia supranacional busque impedir que los poderes del Estado peruano ejerzan sus funciones constitucionales.
COMBATE AL CRIMEN EN PATAZ
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) garantizó la continuidad de los operativos que despliegan la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) y el Ejército contra el crimen organizado que ataca las operaciones mineras en la provincia de Pataz (La Libertad).
“Estas acciones serán complementadas con el próximo inicio de funciones de una comisaría en Pataz y la implementación de una unidad de flagrancia, que es necesaria para el procesamiento de todos los criminales que son capturados en flagrancia”, aseveró.
RECUPERACIÓN DE LA PESCA
El ministro de la Producción, Sergio González, destacó que la actividad pesquera registró en mayo un crecimiento de alrededor del 320 % en comparación al mismo del 2023, el cual se suma a los resultados positivos en los sectores manufactura, turismo, minería y agroindustria.

INVERSIÓN EXTRANJERA MILLONARIA PARA PRODUCIR HIDRÓGENO VERDE
En otro momento, el titular de la PCM reveló el interés de inversionistas irlandeses para producir hidrógeno verde en una extensión de 4 mil hectáreas en La Joya, en Arequipa, con una inversión de 2300 millones de dólares.
“En este espacio se producirá hidrógeno verde, que generará unos 180 megavatios de energía, que serán producidas por 3 millones de paneles solares, y nitrato de amonio. Será la primera y más grande planta de este tipo en la región”, agregó.
IMPLEMENTARÁN LA INTENDENCIA DE ADUANA DE CHANCAY
En la conferencia de prensa se dio a conocer que el Consejo de Ministros aprobó el decreto supremo que modificará el reglamento de organización y funciones (ROF) de la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (Sunat), para que ejecute las acciones de control y facilitación en el ingreso y salida de mercancías en el “Terminal Portuario Multipropósito para el Puerto de Chancay”, que iniciará operaciones en el último bimestre del 2024.
De esta manera será posible crear la Intendencia de Aduana de Chancay, con el equipamiento informático y la infraestructura tecnológica necesarias para atender las operaciones aduaneras que se desarrollen en el terminal.
TUMBES: PRÓRROGA DE ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA EN ZARUMILLA
Asimismo, se informó la decisión de prorrogar, a partir del 9 de julio y por 60 días calendario, el estado de emergencia declarado en la provincia de Zarumilla, en la región Tumbes. Para ello se dispone que el control del orden interno esté a cargo de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), con el apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas, en zonas específicas. Así se busca garantizar la integridad de la población frente al tráfico ilícito de drogas, el contrabando, la trata de personas, entre otros delitos.
