Así lo dio a conocer el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Eduardo Arana, durante la VI Sesión Ordinaria de la Comisión Multisectorial Selva Central, realizada en el distrito de Puerto Bermúdez, en la provincia de Oxapampa (Pasco) y que contó con la participación de representantes de la Asociación Regional de Pueblos Indígenas de Selva Central (ARPI SC) y la Organización Regional de Nacionalidades Amazónicas de Selva Central (ORNASEC).
“Hoy hemos validado más que un documento. Hemos aprobado una hoja de ruta construida de manera conjunta para generar oportunidades reales. Debemos unirnos para cubrir las brechas y las necesidades de todos los pueblos del país”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
En la sesión, el premier Arana estuvo acompañado por los ministros de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury; Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero; y Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Leslie Urteaga. Además, se contó con la asistencia del gobernador regional de Pasco, Juan Luis Chombo; la vicegobernadora regional de Ayacucho, Tania Vila y autoridades locales de la selva central.
En otro momento, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) manifestó que la sesión reafirma el compromiso de la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte, de escuchar, comprometerse y ejecutar los proyectos que permitan atender las necesidades de nuestros pueblos.
En esa línea, el premier Arana reiteró la voluntad política de brindar asistencia técnica a los pueblos amazónicos, a través del Organismo de Estudios y Diseño de Proyectos de Inversión (OEDI), en la elaboración de expedientes técnicos, a fin de que puedan presentarlos oportunamente.
ADVIERTE ASEDIO CONTRA EL PAÍS
Durante su alocución, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial rechazó que un sector busque la ampliación de la vigencia del Registro Integral de Formalización Minera (REINFO) por medio de medidas de fuerza.
“El país es asediado por aquellos que se autodenominan mineros y que bloquean las carreteras para exigir más tiempo para regularizarse. Aquí sufrimos la depredación de nuestra Amazonía y el ataque a quienes defienden los derechos de los pueblos. Ante ello, reiteramos el apoyo del Gobierno para que esto no suceda”, subrayó.

At the session, Prime Minister Arana was accompanied by the Ministers of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation, Durich Whittembury; Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ángel Manero; and Development and Social Inclusion, Leslie Urteaga. Also in attendance were the Regional Governor of Pasco, Juan Luis Chombo; the Regional Vice Governor of Ayacucho, Tania Vila; and local authorities from the central jungle.
At another point, the President of the Council of Ministers (PCM) stated that the session reaffirms the commitment of the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, to listen, engage, and execute projects that address the needs of our people.
Along these lines, Prime Minister Arana reiterated the political will to provide technical assistance to the Amazonian communities, through the Agency for Studies and Design of Investment Projects (OEDI), in the preparation of technical files so they can be submitted in a timely manner.
WARNS OF SIEGE AGAINST THE COUNTRY
During his speech, the head of the Cabinet rejected the idea that a sector is seeking to extend the validity of the Comprehensive Mining Formalization Registry (REINFO) through forceful measures.
“The country is besieged by those who call themselves miners and who block roads to demand more time to legalize their rights. Here we suffer the depredation of our Amazon and the attack on those who defend the rights of the people. In light of this, we reiterate the Government’s support to prevent this from happening,” he emphasized.
