1.- Desarrollo Social
Implementación de seis nuevos Tambos en Loreto (MIDIS) y lanzamiento de la Estrategia Multisectorial para la Reducción de la Pobreza Urbana, beneficiando a más de 177,000 personas en San Juan Bautista y Yurimaguas.
2.- Infraestructura
Aumento del 10% en el tope para Obras por Impuestos (OxI), impulsando inversiones en hospitales, colegios y vías. Priorización del financiamiento para el proyecto hídrico Piedra Hermosa (Huancavelica). Mejoramiento de la carretera Chicama – Cascas – Contumazá – Chilete (MTC), rehabilitación del Aeródromo de Juanjuí (San Martín), y estudio definitivo de la Vía de Evitamiento de Tumbes (20 km, culminación prevista para noviembre 2025). Inclusión del proyecto Chinecas (Áncash) en el paquete Gobierno a Gobierno.
3.- Planificación estratégica
Elaboración del Plan de Desarrollo de la Amazonía, reflejando el compromiso del gobierno con el progreso de todas las regiones.
IMPACTO POSITIVO EN LA ECONOMÍA Y EL BIENESTAR SOCIAL
La presidenta Boluarte resaltó la culminación exitosa de 34 proyectos de inversión pública (más de 2607 millones de soles), con un énfasis en el sector salud (12 proyectos, más de 1400 millones de soles). Este trabajo conjunto entre el Ejecutivo y los gobiernos regionales se refleja en el crecimiento económico proyectado para 2025 y 2026, consolidando la paz social y el desarrollo para todos los peruanos. El éxito del CER demuestra el compromiso del gobierno con la descentralización, la justicia territorial, y el reconocimiento del papel crucial de los pueblos amazónicos en la sostenibilidad y la identidad nacional.

Implementation of six new dairy farms in Loreto (MIDIS) and launch of the Multisectoral Strategy for Urban Poverty Reduction, benefiting more than 177,000 people in San Juan Bautista and Yurimaguas.

10% increase in the cap for Tax-Based Works (OxI), boosting investments in hospitals, schools, and roads. Prioritizing financing for the Piedra Hermosa water project (Huancavelica). Improvement of the Chicama-Cascas-Contumazá-Chilete highway (MTC), rehabilitation of the Juanjuí Airfield (San Martín), and final study of the Tumbes Bypass (20 km, completion scheduled for November 2025). Inclusion of the Chinecas project (Áncash) in the Government-to-Government package.

Preparation of the Amazon Development Plan, reflecting the government’s commitment to the progress of all regions.
