Esta iniciativa, impulsada por 18 ministerios del Ejecutivo y la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, junto con diversos organismos públicos descentralizados, se desplegó en Macusani, capital de Carabaya. El propósito fue ofrecer servicios gratuitos en áreas clave como salud, educación, agricultura, crianza de ganado, defensa legal, trámites de identificación a través de Reniec, programas sociales y otros sectores del Estado.

Manuel Castillo, jefe del Gabinete de Asesores del Ministerio de Educación, destacó la importancia de esta intervención: “Es una clara decisión de la presidenta Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra llevar el Estado a la población, especialmente a aquellos que se encuentran en los lugares más remotos de nuestro país”.

Castillo también resaltó la valiosa incorporación de organizaciones privadas a esta iniciativa, ampliando así la capacidad de atención y los recursos disponibles para la población local.

El Ministerio de Educación jugó un papel activo en esta intervención, poniendo a disposición de la ciudadanía los servicios de Pronabec, Pronied, Senaju y la Casa de la Literatura Peruana. Adicionalmente, en el marco de la estrategia “Abraza tu cole”, se distribuyó material de abrigo con el objetivo de fortalecer el bienestar de los estudiantes de la zona.

El alcalde de Carabaya, Edmundo Cáceres, expresó su agradecimiento por el compromiso del Gobierno con su provincia, enfatizando que esta iniciativa beneficia principalmente a las familias más vulnerables de la región.

“Esta intervención multisectorial es de gran ayuda tanto para los habitantes de Macusani como para aquellos que residen en los distritos aledaños. Agradecemos a las autoridades locales por facilitar el acceso a estos servicios a su población vulnerable”, añadió el burgomaestre.

En esta importante iniciativa participan instituciones como el Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS), el Banco de la Nación, el Proyecto Especial Binacional Lago Titicaca (PEBLT) y el Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci), entre otros.

La intervención, que comenzó ayer 5 de septiembre, culminó hoy a las 5 p. m. en la sede del terminal terrestre Allincapac. Durante el primer día de la XV Intervención Multisectorial Descentralizada “Ponle punche y ganamos todos” en Carabaya, Puno, se brindaron cerca de 17 000 atenciones a la población, demostrando el impacto positivo de esta acción coordinada del Estado.

This initiative, promoted by 18 ministries of the Executive Branch and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, along with various decentralized public agencies, was deployed in Macusani, the capital of Carabaya. The purpose was to offer free services in key areas such as health, education, agriculture, livestock farming, legal defense, identification procedures through Reniec (National Renewal System), social programs, and other government sectors.

Manuel Castillo, head of the Ministry of Education’s Advisory Board, emphasized the importance of this intervention: “It is a clear decision by President Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra to bring the State to the people, especially those in the most remote areas of our country.”

Castillo also highlighted the valuable involvement of private organizations in this initiative, thus expanding the service capacity and resources available to the local population.

The Ministry of Education played an active role in this intervention, making the services of Pronabec, Pronied, Senaju, and the Peruvian House of Literature available to the public. Additionally, as part of the “Embrace Your School” strategy, protective clothing was distributed to strengthen the well-being of students in the area.

The Mayor of Carabaya, Edmundo Cáceres, expressed his gratitude for the government’s commitment to his province, emphasizing that this initiative primarily benefits the most vulnerable families in the region.

“This multisectoral intervention is of great help to both the residents of Macusani and those who live in the surrounding districts. We thank the local authorities for facilitating access to these services for their vulnerable population,” the mayor added.

Institutions such as the Comprehensive Health Insurance (SIS), the National Bank, the Special Binational Lake Titicaca Project (PEBLT), and the National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI), among others, are participating in this important initiative.
