JUSTICIA MILITAR-POLICIAL: UN FUERO DE DEBERES, NO DE PRIVILEGIOS

Durante su exposición, el titular del FMP enfatizó que la justicia militar-policial no debe interpretarse como un sistema de privilegios, sino como un marco de responsabilidades y obligaciones inherentes a la función militar y policial. Subrayó que la misión primordial de la institución es fortalecer la disciplina dentro de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional, asegurando que los procesos judiciales se desarrollen con independencia y celeridad.

Para lograr estos objetivos, el FMP se compromete a:

Incorporar Tecnología.
Implementar soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas para modernizar la gestión judicial y agilizar los procesos.

Modernización Institucional.
Adaptar la estructura y los procedimientos del FMP a los desafíos del siglo XXI.

Capacitación Continua.
Ofrecer programas de formación y actualización permanentes para jueces y fiscales, garantizando que actúen con rectitud, transparencia y pleno respeto a los derechos fundamentales.

DEMANDAS ADICIONALES PARA FORTALECER EL FMP

El general Giles detalló las demandas adicionales del FMP, que incluyen proyectos de inversión cruciales para la expansión y mejora de la infraestructura judicial militar-policial:

Implementación de Locales.
Construcción y equipamiento de nuevas sedes en Puno, Tarapoto y Tumbes para ampliar la cobertura y eficiencia del servicio.

Personal CAS al Régimen 728.
Asignación presupuestal para formalizar el pase del personal contratado bajo el régimen CAS al régimen del Decreto Legislativo 728, brindando mayor estabilidad laboral y profesional.

Seguridad Informática.
Refuerzo de la seguridad informática para proteger la integridad y confidencialidad de la información judicial.

Modernización de Procesos.
Optimización y simplificación de los procesos judiciales para reducir los tiempos de resolución y mejorar la eficiencia.

Expediente Judicial Electrónico.
Implementación del expediente judicial electrónico para digitalizar la gestión documental y facilitar el acceso a la información.

EL FMP: EQUILIBRIO ENTRE DISCIPLINA Y JUSTICIA

El general Giles destacó que el Fuero Militar Policial se encuentra intrínsecamente vinculado tanto al Sistema de Defensa y Seguridad Nacional como al Sistema de Justicia del país. En este sentido, el FMP representa el equilibrio necesario entre la disciplina y la justicia, garantizando la legalidad, seguridad y firmeza en situaciones complejas donde intervienen miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional.

Construction and equipping of new offices in Puno, Tarapoto, and Tumbes to expand service coverage and efficiency.

CAS Personnel to Regime 728.
Budget allocation to formalize the transition of personnel contracted under the CAS regime to the Legislative Decree 728 regime, providing greater job and professional stability.

Computer Security.
Strengthening computer security to protect the integrity and confidentiality of judicial information.

Process Modernization.
Optimization and simplification of judicial processes to reduce resolution times and improve efficiency.

Electronic Court File.
Implementation of electronic court files to digitize document management and facilitate access to information.
