“General Arriola, tiene usted la misión de guiar a cada efectivo en la noble tarea de enfrentar con firmeza a la delincuencia y de erradicar cualquier sombra de corrupción que intente debilitar a la institución”, aseveró la mandataria, invocando un compromiso ético y una gestión transparente como pilares fundamentales de la nueva administración policial.
En este sentido, la presidenta Boluarte reconoció la importancia de reivindicar el rol y la trascendencia de la PNP, instituciones que, según sus palabras, fueron menoscabadas durante décadas. Para ello, el gobierno se ha comprometido a dotar a la institución de mejores herramientas, infraestructura moderna y, sobre todo, a brindar protección y respaldo a los efectivos policiales que actúan en el marco de la ley.
“Desde nuestro gobierno trabajamos sin descanso para dotarlos de mejores herramientas para su labor diaria, de infraestructura moderna en todo el país y, sobre todo, quiero que sepan que siempre vamos a protegerlos ante cualquier injusticia”, reafirmó la jefa de Estado, señalando que la seguridad de los agentes del orden es una prioridad para su administración.
La lucha contra la delincuencia y el crimen organizado, advirtió la presidenta Boluarte, es una tarea ardua que trasciende las fronteras nacionales. La violencia y la corrupción, fenómenos intrínsecamente ligados a estas amenazas, ponen a prueba la solidez de las instituciones y exigen una respuesta coordinada y estratégica.
A pesar de los desafíos, la mandataria expresó su optimismo en que, con un liderazgo firme y una visión clara, será posible consolidar los avances logrados hasta el momento y abrir un nuevo horizonte de transparencia, eficiencia y modernización en la PNP. En este contexto, la asunción del General Arriola representa una oportunidad para fortalecer la confianza ciudadana y mejorar la eficacia de la institución en la lucha contra el delito.
“Mi participación en este relevo en la conducción de una de las instituciones más importantes del Estado reafirma el compromiso de nuestro gobierno con la Policía Nacional, con la patria, el orden, la seguridad y la justicia”, puntualizó Boluarte Zegarra, ratificando el respaldo del Ejecutivo a la labor policial.
Finalmente, la jefa de Estado hizo un llamado a la unidad nacional y al diálogo constructivo como herramientas fundamentales para superar los desafíos que enfrenta el país. “En el diálogo de hermanos, en ese abrazo de compatriotas, está la firmeza de nuestra patria. En la ceremonia de asunción del General Arriola, la presidenta Boluarte estuvo acompañada por el jefe del Consejo de Ministros, Eduardo Arana Ysa; el ministro del Interior, Carlos Malaver Odias; el titular de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Juan Santiváñez Antúnez; el ministro de Defensa, Walter Astudillo Chávez; así como por altas autoridades de la Policía Nacional del Perú.
