Subrayó la importancia de erradicar la proliferación de un entorno hostil que atente contra la dignidad de cualquier individuo.

“No podemos tolerar la virulencia verbal dirigida hacia la señora Presidenta Dina Boluarte, motivada, posiblemente, por prejuicios de género y origen. Este comportamiento constituye una agresión personal y no un cuestionamiento legítimo a su investidura. Más allá de la protección inherente al cargo, es imperativo promover el respeto irrestricto hacia su persona. Enfatizamos que cualquier manifestación de violencia debe ser categóricamente proscrita”, aseveró el funcionario.

Ante esta coyuntura, el Ejecutivo reafirma su compromiso con la libertad de prensa y el acceso a la información, aunque advierte que este derecho no puede ser instrumentalizado para legitimar expresiones injuriosas dirigidas a las autoridades. “Todo acto de violencia verbal debe ser proscrito”, reiteró.

La Ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Ana Peña Cardoza, enfatizó que la lucha contra la violencia y la criminalidad es una tarea que compete a la sociedad en su conjunto, incluyendo a los medios de comunicación.

“No podemos permitir ni legitimar los insultos vertidos en ciertos medios de comunicación. Los insultos no constituyen crítica constructiva ni ejercicio de la libertad de expresión, sino una forma de violencia. Es crucial recordar que la mayoría de los casos de violencia atendidos por el Ministerio de la Mujer, aproximadamente 100,000, tienen su origen en la violencia verbal. Por lo tanto, tolerar estos agravios dirigidos a la Presidenta de la República implica validar un acto de violencia contra una mujer y contra los principios fundamentales de nuestra sociedad.”

A la postre, el gobierno peruano está tomando una postura firme contra la violencia verbal, defendiendo la dignidad de la Presidenta y promoviendo un debate público más respetuoso.

SOLIDARIDAD CON TRANSPORTISTAS

En el marco de la convocatoria a los gremios de transportistas para una reunión este jueves 9 a las 8:30 am, el Presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Eduardo Arana, extendió su solidaridad a los transportistas afectados por la inseguridad ciudadana y a sus familias. Aseguró que el Gobierno está impulsando inversiones significativas en equipamiento tecnológico e infraestructura para combatir este flagelo con determinación.

“Nos consterna profundamente el asesinato de conductores a manos de criminales. Por ello, estamos trabajando con firmeza, destinando recursos importantes a infraestructura, equipos y tecnología. El Ministerio de Transportes está reforzando la provisión de cámaras de seguridad, y desde el Ejecutivo estamos implementando acciones de control exhaustivas”, manifestó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

El titular de la PCM destacó que se está llevando a cabo un trabajo técnico y profesional para combatir este tipo de delito, que a menudo presenta conexiones internacionales.

Asimismo, precisó que los acuerdos alcanzados el lunes 6 de octubre entre el Ejecutivo y los gremios de transporte son el resultado de un esfuerzo continuo en materia de seguridad. “Estos acuerdos complementan otras iniciativas que fortalecen la convivencia, el trabajo conjunto y la coordinación entre transportistas y el Gobierno nacional”, afirmó.

El premier Arana detalló que, durante el encuentro, se explicó el despliegue de acciones de inteligencia por parte de la Policía Nacional para fortalecer la seguridad de los conductores del sector transporte. “Ya existe un trabajo articulado de concertación, apoyo y seguimiento”, y además, se está brindando atención médica a las víctimas de los ataques de los extorsionadores, subrayó.

Por último, el gobierno muestra su apoyo al sector transportista, implementando medidas de seguridad y ofreciendo recursos para combatir la criminalidad y proteger a los conductores.

ACUERDOS DEL CONSEJO DE MINISTROS

El titular de la PCM informó que el Consejo de Ministros aprobó un proyecto de ley que permitirá avanzar en el saneamiento de límites de la provincia de Pacasmayo (La Libertad), reafirmando el compromiso del Ejecutivo con el ordenamiento territorial.

Asimismo, se aprobó un decreto supremo que declara en emergencia los distritos de Pangoa y Río Tambo, en Satipo (Junín); ocho distritos de La Convención, en Cusco; y siete distritos de La Mar, en Ayacucho.

También se dio luz verde a un proyecto de decreto supremo que declara de interés nacional la realización del evento deportivo World Series Para Swimming Lima 2025, una competencia internacional que contribuirá al desarrollo del deporte inclusivo en el país.

En suma, el Consejo de Ministros ha tomado medidas importantes en materia de ordenamiento territorial, atención de emergencias y promoción del deporte inclusivo.

SOLIDARIDAD CON ECUADOR

En ese sentido, el jefe del Gabinete expresó su solidaridad con el Gobierno y el pueblo del Ecuador frente al reciente atentado contra el presidente Daniel Noboa. “Condenamos y rechazamos tajantemente cualquier acto de violencia contra funcionarios públicos y, en particular, contra el más alto mandatario de nuestra hermana República del Ecuador”, enfatizó.

Finalmente, el gobierno peruano se solidariza con Ecuador, condenando la violencia y reafirmando su apoyo al gobierno y pueblo ecuatorianos.
