Estos activos serán ofrecidos al público interesado a través de un proceso competitivo, con precios base preestablecidos y en estricto cumplimiento del marco legal vigente. Se busca asegurar una participación ciudadana abierta y equitativa.

En los días subsiguientes, el PRONABI formalizará la convocatoria a través de la publicación en el Diario Oficial El Peruano de las fechas oficiales correspondientes a las subastas N.° 005-2025 y N.° 006-2025. Asimismo, se detallarán los requisitos de participación, el cronograma de inscripción y las condiciones generales del proceso. Toda la información relevante estará accesible en el portal institucional del PRONABI, invitando a la ciudadanía a informarse y participar activamente en este evento.

Es importante señalar que los fondos recaudados a través de estas subastas serán destinados al fortalecimiento de los servicios de justicia a nivel nacional.
