El objetivo fundamental fue consolidar la presencia estatal y fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana mediante acciones coordinadas de inteligencia y control.

DESPLIEGUE DEL OPERATIVO

El operativo contó con la participación conjunta de más de 250 efectivos de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) y 30 infantes de Marina de Guerra. Los agentes ejecutaron controles de identidad en puntos de alta circulación humana y locales nocturnos, además de labores de inteligencia policial orientadas a prevenir hechos delictivos.

DECLARACIONES DEL VICEMINISTRO DE GOBERNANZA TERRITORIAL (PCM)

“El Estado se hace presente en el territorio para garantizar la seguridad y devolverle la tranquilidad a la población”, destacó el viceministro Gavidia. Agregó que “estas acciones responden a una planificación articulada que prioriza la prevención y la inteligencia, con el compromiso inquebrantable de proteger a los vecinos y permitirles desarrollar sus actividades con normalidad”.

RESULTADOS DE LOS OPERATIVOS

En Puente Piedra, las autoridades intervinieron a cuatro personas con requisitorias judiciales, entre ellas una acusada de actos contra el pudor y tocamientos indebidos, quienes deberán enfrentar el proceso penal correspondiente.

En Carabayllo, el operativo se concretó con la detención de tres personas por tráfico ilícito de drogas y la incautación de 715 ketes de pasta básica de cocaína, un hallazgo relevante en la lucha contra el narcotráfico local.

ACCIONES CONTINUARÁN

La PCM reafirma que continuará impulsando, en articulación con la PNP y otros sectores competentes, controles territoriales en todo el país. Este esfuerzo busca enfrentar la delincuencia organizada y consolidar un entorno seguro para todos los peruanos.

CONCLUSIONES

1.- El megaoperativo en Lima norte demostró la coordinación entre instituciones estatales (PCM, PNP y Marina) para materializar la presencia del Estado en zonas vulnerables, logrando resultados concretos en la detención de personas con requisitorias y la incautación de drogas.

RESULTS OF THE OPERATIONS

In Puente Piedra, authorities apprehended four individuals with outstanding warrants, including one accused of indecent acts and inappropriate touching, who will face the corresponding criminal proceedings.

In Carabayllo, the operation resulted in the arrest of three people for drug trafficking and the seizure of 715 packets of cocaine base, a significant find in the fight against local drug trafficking.

ACTIONS WILL CONTINUE

The Prime Minister’s Office (PCM) reaffirms that it will continue to promote, in coordination with the National Police (PNP) and other relevant sectors, territorial controls throughout the country. This effort seeks to combat organized crime and consolidate a safe environment for all Peruvians.

CONCLUSIONS

1.- The large-scale operation in northern Lima demonstrated the coordination between state institutions (PCM, PNP, and Navy) to establish a state presence in vulnerable areas, achieving concrete results in the arrest of individuals with outstanding warrants and the seizure of drugs.
