La destitución se basó en el artículo 113 de la Constitución, por “incapacidad moral permanente”.
La votación de censura fue mayoritaria, fueron 75 votos a favor, 24 en contra y 3 abstenciones; con índice de aprobación del mandatario muy venida a menos por su conducta torcida e inmoral al frente del cargo presidencial del país.
Como se recuerda José Jerí asumió el cargo, el 10 de octubre de 2025.

The removal was based on Article 113 of the Constitution, for “permanent moral incapacity.”
The censure vote was majority, with 75 votes in favor, 24 against and 3 abstentions; the head of state’s approval rating had dropped significantly due to his twisted and immoral conduct while in the presidential office of the country.
As a reminder, José Jerí took office on October 10, 2025.
