KAI seleccionó al Seman Perú SAC por la experiencia positiva que esta entidad tiene en la fabricación de partes estructurales de 20 aviones KT-1P, coproducidos con la Fuerza Aérea del Perú entre 2014 y 2016, y porque posee la certificación AS-9100, que la acredita como fabricante de piezas aeronáuticas.

“Este convenio ratifica que el Perú es un país confiable para los inversionistas. Somos una nación soberana y libre que brinda confianza a los capitales extranjeros para invertir en el país, ayudando a dinamizar la economía nacional”, manifestó la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte, quien estuvo presente en la suscripción del convenio, realizada en el Complejo Deportivo FAP Monterrico, ubicado en el distrito de Santiago de Surco.

A través de este acuerdo comercial, KAI se compromete a proveer un paquete de información, que incluye planos de diseño y materia prima, al Seman Perú SAC. “Con ello, nuestro país se convertirá en un gran proveedor de piezas aeronáuticas”, sostuvo.

Uno de los beneficios que obtiene el Perú es el desarrollo de la industria aeronáutica nacional, al ser proveedor de una de las más importantes empresas del rubro en el mundo, lo que dinamizará la economía y generará puestos de trabajo.

Asimismo, este acuerdo comercial nos insertará en la cadena global de valor de la industria aeronáutica, integrándonos al grupo de países que producen motores, partes y sistemas para el avión FA-50, como Estados Unidos, Israel y el Reino Unido, entre otros.

“Reafirmo nuestra decisión de promover la modernización de las instituciones armadas, tal como se viene dando con la Fuerza Aérea del Perú y el Ejército. Y, próximamente, nuestro cielo, que es el cielo de Quiñones, tendrá mayor seguridad con la renovación de la flota aérea, porque seguros, firmes y unidos, seremos más fuertes”, destacó la presidenta.

Through this commercial agreement, KAI undertakes to provide a package of information, which includes design plans and raw materials, to Seman Perú SAC. “With this, our country will become a great supplier of aeronautical parts,” he said.

One of the benefits that Peru obtains is the development of the national aeronautical industry, by being a supplier to one of the most important companies in the sector in the world, which will boost the economy and generate jobs.

Likewise, this trade agreement will insert us into the global value chain of the aeronautical industry, integrating us into the group of countries that produce engines, parts and systems for the FA-50 aircraft, such as the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom, among others.

“I reaffirm our decision to promote the modernization of armed institutions, as is happening with the Navy and the Army. And, soon, our sky, which is the sky of Quiñones, will have greater security with the renewal of the air fleet, because safe, firm and united, we will be stronger,” highlighted the president.
