Las operaciones se llevaron a cabo simultáneamente en las regiones de Madre de Dios, Arequipa y San Martín, asestando un duro golpe a las organizaciones criminales que operan en estas zonas.

OPERACIÓN EN MADRE DE DIOS.

• El 19 de agosto, un contingente policial se desplegó en la provincia de Tambopata, específicamente del km. 107 al 115 de la carretera Interoceánica.
• Se desarticuló la organización criminal “Los guardianes de la pampa”, deteniendo en flagrancia delictiva a 20 personas.
• Se realizó la interdicción de medios e instrumentos valorizados en S/19 783 598.70, incluyendo maquinaria pesada, vehículos y equipos de comunicación.
• Se confiscaron S/ 62 458.70 en dinero físico, evidenciando la magnitud de las ganancias ilícitas generadas por esta organización.

OPERACIONES ADICIONALES EN INAMBARI.

• El 18 y 19 de agosto, en el distrito de Inambari, el puesto de comando Restauración de la Dirección de Medio Ambiente de la PNP ejecutó dos operativos adicionales.
• Se realizó la interdicción de motores, balsas, tolvas, motocicletas y motocargueros por un valor total de S/4 868 650.
• Estas acciones demuestran la presencia constante de las fuerzas del orden en la zona y su compromiso con la erradicación de la minería ilegal.

OPERATIVOS EN AREQUIPA Y SAN MARTÍN.

• El 19 de agosto, en el distrito de Chiguata, provincia y región Arequipa, el operativo logró incautar elementos usados para la minería ilegal por un monto de S/1 366 400.
• En San Martín, en el distrito de Morales, lo incautado tuvo un valor de S/3 000 000.
• Estos operativos simultáneos en diferentes regiones del país demuestran la efectividad de la estrategia nacional contra la minería ilegal.

PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA PNP Y LAS FISCALÍAS ESPECIALIZADAS.

• Estas intervenciones se realizan con la participación de la PNP y las Fiscalías Especializadas en Materia Ambiental, que actúan en el marco de sus atribuciones legales.
• En amparo al DL N° 1100, se dispuso la ejecución de las acciones de interdicción sobre el total de los bienes incautados, garantizando la legalidad y transparencia del proceso.

CONCLUSIONES.

1. Golpe Financiero: La incautación de más de S/29 millones en bienes y dinero en efectivo representa un duro golpe financiero para las organizaciones criminales dedicadas a la minería ilegal, debilitando su capacidad operativa y logística.
