Este encuentro reunió a representantes clave de la Asociación de Alcaldesas del Perú (ADADP), alcaldes de la Asociación de Municipalidades del Perú (AMPE) y miembros de la Asociación de Regidores del Perú (ARPE), marcando un hito en la búsqueda de soluciones conjuntas para los desafíos que enfrentan los gobiernos locales.

Durante la reunión, el presidente Jerí Oré anunció la inminente instalación de una mesa técnica, un mecanismo diseñado para abordar los temas pendientes en los municipios y asegurar el progreso continuo de las inversiones en curso. Reconociendo las limitaciones presupuestarias existentes, el mandatario instó a los participantes a transformar estas restricciones en oportunidades para completar las inversiones en marcha, manteniendo siempre un equilibrio con la capacidad presupuestal del país.

El presidente Jerí Oré enfatizó que la prioridad primordial de su Gobierno de transición y reconciliación nacional es hacer frente a la creciente inseguridad ciudadana con medidas urgentes e impostergables. Sin embargo, subrayó la importancia de no descuidar el desarrollo económico del país en este proceso. Para lograr este equilibrio, anunció su intención de reunirse nuevamente con los municipios, esta vez con la participación de equipos técnicos de cada sector, con el fin de abordar los problemas de manera más especializada y eficiente.

La presidenta de la Asociación de Alcaldesas del Perú, Modesta Yauri Romero, aprovechó la oportunidad para instar al Ejecutivo a mantener una postura firme en la lucha contra la delincuencia, promover una educación basada en valores sólidos y fortalecer la protección laboral de las madres peruanas, reconociendo su papel fundamental en la sociedad.

La coordinadora de la Asociación de Regidores y Regidoras del Perú, Lady Huanca Córdova, resaltó el compromiso inquebrantable de su gremio con la defensa de la institucionalidad y expresó su confianza en el Gobierno de Transición y Reconciliación Nacional para trabajar de manera conjunta con los gobiernos subnacionales, buscando soluciones coordinadas y efectivas.

El presidente de la Asociación de Municipalidades del Perú, Dennys Cuba, destacó el potencial del nuevo Gabinete Ministerial para coordinar de manera técnica con los municipios y atender sus demandas en plazos razonables, lo que podría agilizar la resolución de problemas y mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión pública.

El jefe de Estado reafirmó que los espacios de diálogo que ha promovido en sus primeros días de Gobierno tienen como objetivo generar consensos y soluciones conjuntas para mejorar la gestión pública a nivel nacional. Subrayó que el país debe seguir avanzando y sentar las bases de un futuro caracterizado por la estabilidad, la seguridad y el desarrollo sostenible.

En esta trascendental reunión de trabajo también participaron figuras clave como la ministra de Economía y Finanzas, Denisse Miralles Miralles; Héctor Lolo Antonio, vicepresidente de la Red de Municipalidades Urbanas y Rurales del Perú (Remurpe); Rocío Samaniego Núñez, coordinadora nacional de las Juntas Vecinales de Seguridad Ciudadana; así como regidores y otras autoridades ediles, lo que demuestra el compromiso de diversos actores en la búsqueda de soluciones para los desafíos que enfrenta el país.
