En la comisaría de Aucallama, el mandatario verificó minuciosamente las condiciones de infraestructura y equipamiento, asegurándose de que los agentes policiales cuenten con los recursos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones de manera eficiente. Además, sostuvo un diálogo abierto y constructivo con los agentes policiales, discutiendo las estrategias de patrullaje y prevención del delito implementadas en la zona. Se hizo hincapié en la necesidad de fortalecer la presencia policial en las calles y de utilizar herramientas tecnológicas para mejorar la capacidad de respuesta ante situaciones de emergencia.

Posteriormente, en el penal de Aucallama, el presidente constató las condiciones de seguridad internas, verificando los protocolos y procedimientos implementados para garantizar la integridad de los internos y del personal penitenciario. Enfatizó la importancia de seguir fortaleciendo la lucha contra el crimen, en especial contra las extorsiones, que representan una grave amenaza para la seguridad y la estabilidad del país.

En dicho establecimiento penitenciario se llevó a cabo un operativo inopinado de requisa, con el objetivo de garantizar el orden interno, prevenir hechos delictivos y adoptar medidas contra la delincuencia. Durante el operativo, se incautaron objetos prohibidos y se reforzaron los controles de acceso y vigilancia.

Con estas acciones, el Gobierno reafirma su compromiso inquebrantable con la paz y la seguridad nacional, además de impulsar el trabajo articulado entre las instituciones llamadas a velar por la tranquilidad de los peruanos.
