Este nuevo espacio de atención ciudadana se enmarca en la Política Nacional de Modernización de la Gestión Pública al 2030, que busca transformar la relación entre el Estado y los ciudadanos mediante la descentralización efectiva de servicios y la implementación de soluciones integrales.
SERVICIOS DISPONIBLES PARA LA POBLACIÓN
El módulo concentra una amplia gama de trámites esenciales para el desarrollo de los vecinos de José Leonardo Ortiz y zonas aledañas, entre los que destacan:
1.- Pago de tasas, contribuciones y servicios del Banco de la Nación, incluyendo operaciones bancarias básicas y trámites relacionados con subsidios y programas gubernamentales.
2.- Actualización, renovación y expedición de documentos de identidad (DNI), con procesos optimizados que reducen tiempos de espera en comparación con oficinas tradicionales.
3.- Obtención y actualización del certificado de clasificación socioeconómica (CCS), fundamental para acceder a programas sociales del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (MIDIS), como pensiones no contributivas, subsidios alimentarios y ayudas para vivienda.
4.- Además, se ofrecen trámites adicionales como la solicitud de certificados de nacimiento, matrimonio y defunción, así como la gestión de permisos municipales básicos, integrando en un solo punto múltiples instancias del Estado.
DECLARACIONES DE LAS AUTORIDADES
El secretario de Gestión Pública, Juan Carlos Pasco, resaltó que la implementación del módulo fortalece la articulación entre el gobierno nacional y los gobiernos locales. “La inauguración de este módulo sella la alianza estratégica de la PCM con el municipio de José Leonardo Ortiz. Más allá de los servicios que ofrecemos hoy, este es el primer paso para brindar apoyo técnico y logístico para la implementación de otras herramientas de gestión que permitirán mejorar la calidad de vida de todos sus ciudadanos”, recalcó.
Por su parte, el alcalde del distrito, Elber Requejo, enfatizó el compromiso de la gestión municipal con la modernización de los servicios públicos. “Hemos trabajado de la mano con la PCM para hacer realidad esta iniciativa que beneficiará directamente a más de 160 mil ciudadanos del distrito y comunidades circundantes. El MAC Express permitirá a nuestra población ahorrar tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo, al contar con un punto de atención inclusivo, eficiente y cercano, que integra las funciones de diferentes entidades del Estado en un solo lugar”, explicó el edil.

Los módulos MAC Express son una manifestación concreta del enfoque ciudadano que guía la gestión gubernamental, buscando cerrar brechas de accesibilidad a los servicios públicos en zonas que tradicionalmente han enfrentado dificultades para acceder a las instancias estatales. Para la región Lambayeque, este primer módulo servirá como modelo para la implementación de otras unidades en distritos como Chiclayo, Ferreñafe y Lambayeque en los próximos meses, como parte de un plan nacional que pretende instalar más de 50 módulos en todo el Perú durante 2026.
