Señaló que esta feria reúne a compradores coreanos de alta calidad, tomadores de decisiones y expertos de la industria que buscan productos premium, tendencias mundiales de la industria e ideas de negocios a futuro.
El canciller destacó que el Perú participa por décima ocasión y su presencia continua brinda una mejor visibilidad de nuestros productos ante los potenciales compradores y fortalece la imagen positiva de nuestro país como líder en altos estándares de alimentación, seguridad y calidad. En esta oportunidad, nuestro país presenta una variedad de superalimentos compuesta por frutas, granos y verduras.
Cabe mencionar que la participación peruana es organizada por la Oficina Comercial del Perú en Seúl con el apoyo de la Asociación de Exportadores (ADEX) y la Embajada del Perú en Corea.
EXHIBICIÓN FOTOGRÁFICA
El canciller Javier González-Olaechea Franco inauguró la exhibición fotográfica Qapac Ñan: El Gran Camino del Inca” en el Centro Cultural de América Latina y Museo, ubicado en la ciudad Goyang, República de Corea.
El ministro de Relaciones Exteriores agradeció al presidente del Centro Cultural, Lee Bok-hyung, por su dedicación y entusiasmo para trabajar, de manera conjunta, en la concreción de esta muestra especial que da a conocer esta extensa red de comunicaciones en los Andes, en la difícil geografía peruana.
En la ceremonia, el canciller recordó que el Qhapaq Ñan forma parte de la lista del Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO, lo que fue logrado a partir de una inédita presentación conjunta con Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile y Ecuador.
El titular de Relaciones Exteriores, Javier González-Olaechea Franco, sostuvo que esta exhibición será de gran interés en un país como Corea, donde las caminatas constituyen una práctica muy extendida. Indicó que esta muestra permite difundir a la población coreana las múltiples oportunidades de esa actividad de aventura en el Perú, hacia sitios de tanto valor histórico como Machu Picchu o Choquequirao.
