Solo en esas condiciones somos atractivos”, indicó durante la jornada de articulación entre el Ejecutivo y las autoridades de la mancomunidad nororiente del Perú.
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial estuvo acompañado por los ministros de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes; Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar; Salud, César Vásquez, y el viceministro de Agricultura Familiar e Infraestructura Agraria, Iván Ramos.
En la cita participaron los gobernadores regionales de Lambayeque, Jorge Pérez, y Tumbes, Segismundo Cruces; los vicegobernadores de Amazonas, Leyda Rimarachín; La Libertad, Joana del Rosario Cabrera, y Loreto, Dolibeth Bardales, los alcaldes provinciales de Chiclayo, Ferreñafe y Lambayeque y burgomaestres distritales.
El premier Adrianzén destacó que el diálogo directo contribuye a alcanzar los objetivos gubernamentales de un mayor crecimiento económico y el restablecimiento del orden, la seguridad y la tranquilidad. “Estos encuentros son la muestra del trabajo incansable por una descentralización efectiva, que permita a las regiones ser gestoras de su propio desarrollo”, añadió.
EL GOBIERNO DE BOLUARTE ES DE LAS REGIONES
En otro momento de la reunión, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) enfatizó la identificación de la actual gestión con las dificultades y las oportunidades de las distintas localidades del país.
“El Gobierno de la presidenta Boluarte es de las regiones y las provincias. Esta mancomunidad tiene más de 10 millones de peruanos y brinda un gran aporte. Desde el Ejecutivo tenemos la voluntad de aumentar su potencial”, acotó.
La Mancomunidad Regional Macro Región Nor Oriente del Perú está integrada por las regiones de Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Cajamarca, Amazonas, San Martín y Loreto.
Cabe destacar que esta forma de integración voluntaria entre dos o más gobiernos regionales es un mecanismo que promueve el progreso de los territorios y el cierre de las brechas.
Esto es posible debido a que las mancomunidades tienen prioridad en la evaluación de inversiones del sistema Invierte Perú, son capacitados técnicamente en gestión pública y reciben atención prioritaria por parte de la Agencia Peruana de Cooperación Internacional.
