“Esta guerra, iniciada por la delincuencia, la vamos a terminar, la vamos a ganar, por el bienestar de nuestros compatriotas, sus familias y nuestro querido Perú. Jamás renunciaremos a sentar las bases de una sociedad peruana más segura e inclusiva, en beneficio de todas y todos”, enfatizó.

Destacó la importancia de enfrentar los desafíos que amenazan la seguridad del país con determinación y compromiso. En este contexto, hizo un llamado a la unidad nacional, recordando que solo con el esfuerzo conjunto de la ciudadanía y las instituciones se podrá asegurar un futuro de paz.

“Esta lucha, queridas hermanas y queridos hermanos, nos necesita unidos, porque siendo un solo corazón y un solo puño, venceremos al terrorismo criminal que pretende quitarnos la paz y la tranquilidad. En unidad, todos ganamos; en la desunión y con violencia, todos perdemos, y sobre todo pierde el Perú. El Perú no se detiene. Con punche seguiremos avanzando”, expresó la mandataria.

La jefa de Estado brindó estas palabras al liderar la incorporación de las dos Plataformas Itinerantes de Acción Social (PIAS) Río Ucayali I y Río Ucayali II, que estarán al servicio de la población de las regiones Loreto y Ucayali. Estas nuevas plataformas demandaron una inversión superior a los 58 millones de soles y entrarán en funcionamiento el 4 de noviembre de este año.

“Con las manos limpias, ponemos estas embarcaciones a disposición de más de 44 000 compatriotas de 351 centros poblados de las provincias de Requena, Ucayali y Atalaya. De esta manera, atenderemos a pueblos originarios como los yines, asháninkas, shipibo-konibos y kukama-kukamiria, y promoveremos su bienestar y desarrollo sostenible”, subrayó.

Entre los principales servicios que ofrecerán las PIAS se incluyen atención en medicina general, obstetricia, enfermería, odontología, pediatría, ginecología, oftalmología, así como la entrega de medicamentos y servicios de farmacia y laboratorio.

Asimismo, proporcionarán certificación de discapacidad, registro de identidad, servicios financieros, pago de transferencias económicas, afiliación al Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS), clasificación socioeconómica a través del Sisfoh, orientación y afiliación a programas sociales, y fortalecimiento de capacidades en autocuidado y prevención de la violencia.

“Aquí, en Loreto, en el corazón de la Amazonía, ratificamos nuestro compromiso de acercar el Estado a las peruanas y peruanos, en especial a los más vulnerables, aquellos que viven en zonas de difícil acceso, como es el caso de las cuencas amazónicas”, remarcó.

Seguidamente, la presidenta señaló que con estas dos nuevas plataformas se alcanza un total de 14 PIAS que navegan por los ríos de Loreto, Ucayali y el lago Titicaca, en Puno.

Precisó que, a través de las PIAS, el Programa PAIS del Midis ha llevado a cabo, hasta agosto, más de 30 campañas sociales en Loreto, Ucayali y Puno, brindando atención a más de 89 000 compatriotas.

En ese sentido, destacó que solo en Loreto se ha atendido, mediante el programa social Cuna Más, a más de 17 000 familias. De igual forma, el programa Juntos ha beneficiado a más de 49 000 hogares, y Qali Warma ha atendido a más de 264 000 estudiantes de 4300 instituciones educativas.

“Así hablamos en nuestro gobierno, con obras en la costa, en la sierra y en la selva”, puntualizó.
