El premier Álvarez reafirmó el compromiso inquebrantable del Gobierno en colaborar estrechamente con los gremios de transporte para robustecer la seguridad ciudadana. “Este Gobierno se distingue por su capacidad de escucha activa hacia los actores clave interesados en preservar no solo la seguridad, sino también el espíritu emprendedor de los peruanos que, dentro del marco de las empresas formales, enfrentan diariamente los desafíos impuestos por la criminalidad organizada”, declaró.
Flanqueado por el ministro del Interior, Vicente Tiburcio Orbezo; el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Aldo Prieto Barrera; el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Walter Martínez Laura; el ministro de Educación, Jorge Figueroa Guzmán; el ministro de Salud, Luis Quiroz Avilés; y la ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Lesly Shica Seguil; el titular de la PCM subrayó que la erradicación de la extorsión y el sicariato exige la implementación de estrategias de inteligencia operativa y la adopción de tecnologías avanzadas para asegurar resultados perdurables. En este contexto, instó a la ciudadanía a reportar cualquier actividad delictiva y a participar activamente en la eliminación de este flagelo social.
