DESARROLLO DE LA INICIATIVA JUSTITAMBO
En colaboración con el Poder Judicial y el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, el Programa PAIS está implementando JustiTambo para proporcionar:
1.- Asesoría Técnica Legal: Abogados y expertos legales ofrecen orientación sobre procedimientos judiciales y derechos ciudadanos.
2.- Información sobre Audiencias Judiciales: Se facilita el acceso a información relevante sobre el estado y los requisitos de las audiencias.
3.- Acompañamiento Legal: Se brinda apoyo a individuos durante los procesos judiciales, asegurando que comprendan sus derechos y opciones legales.
Hasta la fecha, cerca de 2000 personas de zonas rurales han accedido a más de 3400 atenciones judiciales gracias a esta iniciativa.
MODALIDADES DE ATENCIÓN
La población puede acceder a estos servicios de dos maneras principales:
- Virtual: A través de plataformas en línea, se ofrece asesoramiento y seguimiento de casos.
- Intervenciones Multisectoriales: Los Tambos gestionan eventos en los que participan diversas entidades gubernamentales para abordar integralmente las necesidades de la comunidad.
La asesoría abarca una amplia gama de temas, incluyendo abandono, violencia familiar, violencia de género y pensiones alimenticias.
TAMBOS COMO CENTROS DE CONCILIACIÓN
Los Tambos también funcionan como centros de conciliación, donde jueces pueden recibir pruebas, tomar declaraciones y emitir decisiones en casos de conciliación familiar, indemnizaciones, desalojos, demandas por alimentos, régimen de visitas y faltas contra la persona.
BENEFICIOS ADICIONALES
A través de JustiTambo, los centros poblados de doce provincias tienen acceso gratuito a:
- Servicios en Línea: Seguimiento de denuncias y litigios.
- Capacitaciones: Programas educativos dentro de sus comunidades.
Esto elimina la necesidad de largos y costosos viajes a centros urbanos, aliviando la carga económica de los ciudadanos.
IMPACTO NACIONAL
El Programa PAIS está expandiendo JustiTambo a nivel nacional, contribuyendo al cuidado y desarrollo social en áreas de difícil acceso. En lo que va de 2025, más de 13,000 personas han accedido a 17,000 atenciones judiciales gracias a esta iniciativa.

1.- Acceso a la Justicia: JustiTambo está democratizando el acceso a la justicia en las zonas rurales de Puno, permitiendo que más ciudadanos ejerzan sus derechos.

Through JustiTambo, communities in twelve provinces have free access to:
- Online Services: Tracking of complaints and lawsuits.
- Training: Educational programs within their communities.
This eliminates the need for long and costly trips to urban centers, easing the economic burden on citizens.
