Iglesia de Jesucristo dona alimentos en Jaén, región Cajamarca en coordinación con la oficina de la Primera Dama de la Nación.

La entrega formal de la ayuda humanitaria consistente en 600 bolsas de alimentos y 600 cajas de agua de 20 Litros, se realizó el Viernes 8 de Abril en horas de la mañana en el complejo deportivo Los Aromos ubicado en el distrito de Jaén, con la asistencia de Richard Castro Mendoza, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Jaén, acompañado de Johel Valdivia Manrique, de la oficina de Servicios Humanitarios de la Iglesia y de la Primera Dama de la Nación Lilia Paredes Navarro.

José Francisco Delgado Rivera, Alcalde Provincial de Jaén en representación de la comunidad afectada recibió la donación para ser entregada a las familias afectadas a fin de brindarles la ayuda que necesitan, especialmente a los adultos mayores y a las personas con discapacidad. La donación complementó la Campaña Cívica de Salud organizada por el Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas armadas en coordinación con la municipalidad de Jaén.

La Primera Dama Lilia Paredes y el Jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, General del Ejercito Manuel Gómez De la Torre agradecieron la ayuda de la Iglesia de Jesucristo que permite atender a las personas más vulnerables y a los más necesitados.

Cada bolsa con 15 kilos de alimentos de primera necesidad contienen: Leche evaporada, harina preparada, avena, grated de atún en aceite vegetal, lentejas, azúcar, aceite, fideos y arroz, que en un total de 600 bolsas significan más de 9 toneladas de alimentos.

La donación es parte de la iniciativa de ayuda humanitaria que realiza la Iglesia de Jesucristo en su misión de servicio a la comunidad, especialmente a las personas más vulnerables.
