Trascendentales acuerdos se logran en IV Cumbre Mundial "Hambre Cero" con representantes de África, Europa y América.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Como resultado de una buena gestión de la Mancomunidad Regional de Los Andes en alianza con ORU Fogar, el 25 de octubre en la ciudad de Lima, se realizó el Buró Ejecutivo “Aprobación de la Declaración” y el Conversatorio Internacional “El Hambre que Viene”, ello en el marco del Encuentro Previo a la IV Cumbre Mundial de las Regiones sobre Seguridad y Soberanía Alimentaria “Hambre Cero”.

En el Buró Ejecutivo, las autoridades y representantes de África, Europa América presentaron sus posturas sobre la situación alimentaria mundial y el cumplimiento del Objetivo 2 Hambre Cero, que Naciones Unidas había fijado en la Agenda 2030. En la misma línea, en el Conversatorio Internacional, abordaron temas como:
1) La prosperidad en el ámbito rural.
2) La agricultura familiar.
3) Estrategias para combatir la desnutrición crónica infantil y la anemia.
4) Debate sobre Seguridad y Soberanía Alimentaria.

Este importante encuentro tuvo la participación del Presidente de ORU Fogar, Rachid el Abdi; el Secretario General de ORU Fogar, Carles Llorens; el Vicepresidente del Consejo Regional de Oriental, Marruecos, Salah el Aaboudi; el Secretario General ARFE, Martín Guillermo; el Técnico de Relaciones Internacionales del Gobierno Vasco, Rafa Hueso; el representante del Gobierno Autónomo de Murcia, España, Víctor Serrano; el representante de Senegal, Khalifa Ababacar Ndao; de Costa de Marfil, Eugéne Aka Aouelé, entre otros. Asimismo, por el Perú, intervinieron el Viceministro de Políticas y Supervisión de Desarrollo Agrario, Juan Rodo Altamirano Quispe; en representación del GORE Huancavelica, Máximo Marino Requena; el Director Ejecutivo de la Mancomunidad Regional de Los Andes, Luis Jiménez Alarcón. Esto en presencia de demás autoridades, funcionarios, sociedad civil y medios de comunicación a nivel nacional.

Cabe precisar que la IV Cumbre Mundial “Hambre Cero” se realizará el 27 y 28 de octubre en Temuco, Araucanía (Chile). Para ello, Se tiene previsto presentar el documento denominado “Manifiesto para el Hambre Cero”.
