Durante este evento, la mandataria presentó las fortalezas económicas y las oportunidades de inversión y comercio que ofrece el Perú al mundo.

El Perú viene realizando un esfuerzo sostenido para concretar una reactivación económica rápida priorizando la captación de inversiones junto con las mejoras de las condiciones de vida de nuestros connacionales, labor que se viene conduciendo con plena observancia del estado de derecho y del empleo racional del presupuesto público, indicó la mandataria peruana.

Así mismo sostuvo que, los sólidos fundamentos macroeconómicos del Perú, son muestras de compromisos por mantener el crecimiento económico y la apertura del país a nuevas inversiones, acompañado siempre de un criterio de rentabilidad social, es decir de la búsqueda de beneficios palpables para quienes habitan en la zona de influencia de la inversión y el respeto al medio ambiente, lo que se encuentra alineado a las ultimas tendencias internacionales de inversión basado en criterios de ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza.

En otro momento la presidenta Boluarte, manifestó, que el Perú a manifestado una media de crecimiento económico del 4,4% en las últimas dos décadas, cifra que dobla el promedio de América Latina en el mismo período.

Así mismo el Perú ha registrado casi tres décadas consecutivas de una tasa de inflación de un solo digito, el período más largo de estabilidad monetaria, lo cual dimensiona la seriedad de la política macroeconómica entendida en nuestro país.

De otro lado la jefa de Estado de la gran nación Inca, recalcó que “Las obras que se vienen realizando en la costa central peruana son una muestra más del compromiso de mi gobierno con el desarrollo del país y nuestra visión a largo plazo, bajo el entendimiento de que esta mirada geopolítica no se regula a través del mercado, sino con políticas públicas”, manifestó.

Durante el evento, que contó con un aproximado de 250 altos empresarios chinos y peruanos, realizado en la ciudad de Shanghái, la mandataria destacó los importantes proyectos que se vienen ejecutando en el país, como el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez, el megapuerto de Chancay, la ampliación de los muelles del puerto del Callao y el futuro Parque Industrial en Ancón.

“Las obras que se vienen realizando en la costa central peruana son una muestra más del compromiso de mi gobierno con el desarrollo del país y nuestra visión a largo plazo, bajo el entendimiento de que esta mirada geopolítica no se regula a través del mercado, sino con políticas públicas”, manifestó.

En esa línea, señalo que su Gobierno evalúa una normativa para declarar al megapuerto de Chancay, y su zona de influencia, como una Zona Económica Especial (ZEE), con el propósito de que se brinde beneficios tributarios y económicos a las empresas que inviertan ahí.

Seguidamente, la jefa de Estado destacó que el Perú registró una media de crecimiento de 4.4% en las últimas dos décadas, cifra que dobla el promedio de América Latina en el mismo período.

Además, para el periodo 2024-2027 se espera una expansión promedio de 3.3% que se sostendría en el despliegue de inversiones en infraestructura, mayor oferta de productos primarios, mejora de la demanda externa y el fortalecimiento de la competitividad y productividad de la economía.

“Uno de nuestros objetivos es mantener el crecimiento económico y la apertura del país a nuevas inversiones, acompañados siempre de un criterio de rentabilidad social, es decir, de la búsqueda de beneficios palpables para quienes habitan en las zonas de influencia de la inversión y el respeto al medio ambiente”, aseveró.

La presencia de la presidenta en esta conferencia magistral se complementó con las presentaciones de los ministros de Economía, José Arista; de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes, y de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar.

Cumbre de líderes APEC
En otro momento de su exposición, la presidenta resaltó la realización del APEC Perú 2024 que bajo el lema “Empoderar. Incluir. Crecer”, busca fomentar un crecimiento inclusivo y sostenible, mediante el empoderamiento de los ciudadanos y actores económicos.

“En APEC, deseamos impulsar iniciativas que coadyuven a desarrollar los temas prioritarios propuestos por el Perú, especialmente en materia de comercio inclusivo, la transición de los actores económicos informales hacia la economía formal, el crecimiento sostenible para el desarrollo, seguridad alimentaria, y el empleo de energías limpias en el Asia-Pacífico”, remarcó.

Actividades oficiales
Como parte de sus actividades oficiales en Shanghái, la jefa de Estado sostuvo una serie reuniones con autoridades y empresarios chinos a fin de promover la llegada de inversión extranjera al país.

La mandataria se reunió con el presidente de China Southern Power Grid Limited (CSG), Meng Zhenping; el director del Centro de Innovación de Medicina Digital de Shanghái, Ning Gung; el presidente de Cosco Shipping Corporation Limited, Wan Min; el gerente general de la empresa Higer, Huang Shuping, y con el Secretario del Comité Provincial de Jiangsu del Partido Comunista Chino (PPCh), Xin Changxing.

De igual modo, la presidenta sostuvo un encuentro con el alcalde del Gobierno Popular Municipal de Suzhóu, Wu Qingwen. Además, recorrió el Parque Industrial del lugar, tras lo cual se reunió con Wu Hong, director del Comité Administrativo de dicho espacio empresarial.
