Al respecto, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, explicó que el monitoreo a estos compromisos será efectuado a través de una comisión multisectorial conformada por ministros y viceministros. “Se buscará que los compromisos se conviertan en realidades y, por supuesto, que sus beneficios lleguen a nuestras poblaciones”, declaró.

Los mecanismos fueron presentados en reunión de trabajo llevada a cabo en la Cancillería y liderada por el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial y el titular del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Elmer Schialer. La actividad contó con la participación de los ministros de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Daniel Maurate; Producción, Sergio González; Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Ángela Hernández; y Cultura, Fabricio Valencia; así como viceministros de Estado.

El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) anunció que el 22 de enero se sostendrá una reunión técnica en la que especialistas definirán hojas de rutas para el seguimiento de los acuerdos, los cuales impactarán favorablemente en materia educativa, comunicaciones, infraestructura vial, tecnologías y gobernanza. “Los intereses nacionales y las principales necesidades de la población pueden ser satisfechas a través del cumplimiento de los compromisos”, añadió el premier Adrianzén.

ACUERDOS QUE TRAERÁN LOGROS
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también recordó que durante el Foro APEC se logró reunir a los más altos líderes políticos y empresariales de la región Asia – Pacífico, se recibieron dos visitas de Estado y cinco visitas oficiales, y se efectuaron cuatro encuentros bilaterales.

Además, se promovió importantes instrumentos técnico-políticos como la Declaración de Machu Picchu de los líderes de APEC 2024, la Hoja de Ruta de Lima para Promover la Transición a las Economías Formales y Globales, y la Declaración de Ichma sobre una nueva mirada a la agenda del Área de Libre Comercio de Asia y el Pacífico.

“Tenemos la responsabilidad de hacer que estos acuerdos traigan los logros que estamos esperando. Por esto, estos mecanismos de seguimiento son una oportunidad para llevar adelante cada una de las voluntades expresadas bilateralmente y también en el marco de lo que ha sido APEC”, añadió el premier Adrianzén.

In addition, important technical-political instruments were promoted such as the Machu Picchu Declaration of the leaders of APEC 2024, the Lima Roadmap to Promote the Transition to Formal and Global Economies, and the Ichma Declaration on a new look at the agenda of the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Area.
