Durante la inauguración del establecimiento, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, destacó que la obra contribuye a la descentralización de los servicios de salud. “Este centro recibirá pacientes de las provincias de Huancabamba y Morropón. Vendrán de todos los distritos a atenderse. Los profesionales de la salud seguirán recibiendo el soporte que se necesita para que el nosocomio siga funcionando”, indicó el premier desde el distrito de San Miguel de El Faique.

En la ceremonia, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial estuvo acompañado por el ministro de Salud, César Vásquez; el gobernador regional de Piura, Luis Neyra; el alcalde distrital de San Miguel de El Faique, Guillermo Morales; y el jefe de la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura (ANIN), Hernán Yaipén.

El moderno centro de salud, construido por la ANIN, cuenta con nueve consultorios, un tópico de emergencia, un tópico de procedimientos de enfermería, una sala de observación, un centro obstétrico, una sala de partos, cadena de frío y planta de oxígeno, entre otros espacios, en los que los ciudadanos pueden acceder a consulta externa, detección precoz de cáncer, ecografía, medicina física, farmacia, sala de partos, entre otros servicios.

Durante su alocución, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) aseguró que continuarán trabajando con la autoridad regional de Piura para ejecutar los grandes proyectos que generen desarrollo y bienestar entre las comunidades. “Verán hechas realidades las demás obras que están comprometidas en la provincia de Huancabamba y sus distritos. Este es un gobierno que no dice mentiras”, remarcó.

GARANTIZAN PRESUPUESTO PARA EL PROYECTO ALTO PIURA
En declaraciones a la prensa, el premier Adrianzén explicó que el Proyecto Especial de Irrigación e Hidroenergético del Alto Piura es parte de un programa nacional ambicioso que está vinculado a otros proyectos importantes como Chinecas, Majes y Chavimochic. “Es un total de 250 mil nuevas hectáreas de tierras agrícolas que se busca poner en marcha”, precisó.

El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también aseguró que tras la suscripción del acuerdo Gobierno a Gobierno para la ejecución del proyecto Alto Piura, el Ejecutivo iniciará la dotación de presupuesto. “Estamos esperando la selección del país para hacer la previsión presupuestal”, reveló.

Asimismo, el titular de la PCM señaló que solo se podrá contar con terrenos fértiles si se asegura la provisión de agua. Para ello, subrayó que el Reservorio de Poechos, en la región Piura, debe ingresar a un proceso de descolmatación significativo, y que se requieren la preparación de cochas, reservorios y represas. “El cambio climático está afectando significativamente las reservas de agua en el planeta, por eso nosotros tenemos que preocuparnos por tener espacios para conservar el recurso”, declaró.

SUPERVISIÓN AL CENTRO MAC PIURA
El premier Adrianzén inició su jornada de trabajo en la región con la inspección al Centro de Mejor Atención al Ciudadano (MAC) de Piura, el cual brindó, desde su inauguración en el 2014, más de 3.5 millones de atenciones a la población, lo que permitió a la ciudadanía acceder a diversos trámites y servicios públicos en un solo lugar.

Cabe destacar que este centro MAC, ubicado en el Centro Comercial Real Plaza Piura, fue el primero que se implementó de manera descentralizada, con una inversión de 3.5 millones de soles y en un área de más de 900 metros cuadrados.

“En este Centro MAC funciona la única oficina de la Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones en la región Piura, en la cual todos los ciudadanos piuranos pueden obtener su pasaporte. En total, aquí se puede acceder a 132 trámites y servicios de 15 entidades públicas que están a disposición, lo que le permite a la ciudadanía ahorrar tiempo y dinero”, subrayó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, quien estuvo acompañado por el ministro de Salud, César Vásquez, y el gobernador regional de Piura, Luis Neyra.

Durante la actividad, el premier Adrianzén reconoció la labor del Gobierno Regional de Piura, encargado de la administración y el aporte presupuestario para el funcionamiento del Centro MAC, dado que ha logrado mantener operativo el establecimiento y alcanzar altos estándares de operatividad.

Cabe precisar que, hasta la fecha, la PCM, a través de la Secretaría de Gestión Pública, ha implementado y gestiona 18 Centros MAC en todo el país.
