“Ninguna persona vinculada con las organizaciones terroristas de Sendero Luminoso o el Movimiento Revolucionario Túpac Amaru, así como con sus organismos de fachada, enseñará en alguna escuela pública. No aceptaremos que delincuentes terroristas vayan a las aulas y tengan contacto con nuestras niñas y niños”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

GARANTIZAN SEGURIDAD EN AEROPUERTO
En conferencia de prensa tras la sesión del Consejo de Ministros, el premier Adrianzén remarcó el compromiso del Ejecutivo de garantizar la seguridad de los pasajeros y de todo el personal que labore en el Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez.

“Para nosotros es fundamental brindar seguridad al 100 % en el nuevo aeropuerto. Si bien nuestra meta es inaugurarlo el 30 de marzo, esto se producirá cuando todas las medidas de seguridad estén debidamente adoptadas y podamos certificarlo”, indicó el premier Adrianzén.

INVOCAN A GOBIERNOS LOCALES A CONTINUAR CON SUPERVISIONES
Con relación a las recientes inspecciones impulsadas por diversas municipalidades en distintos centros comerciales a nivel nacional, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) invocó a los alcaldes a mantener y replicar esta iniciativa para evitar tragedias como la ocurrida en el Real Plaza de Trujillo.

“Hacemos votos para que estas medidas dispuestas por los gobiernos locales se sigan replicando en todo el país, y no solo en los centros comerciales, sino en todos aquellos establecimientos a los que concurran masivamente los ciudadanos. Tenemos que evitar, por todos los medios, que tragedias como la ocurrida en Trujillo se repitan”, manifestó.

Por su parte, el ministro de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Durich Whittembury, saludó la reacción de las municipalidades y señaló que los trabajos de supervisión deben ser constantes, tal como lo determina la norma de inspecciones técnicas de seguridad en edificación (ITSE).

CERRARÁN BRECHA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN SALUD
El ministro de Salud, César Vásquez, anunció la ejecución del Plan Hospitales Centenarios para solucionar los problemas de infraestructura en 11 hospitales con más de 100 años de antigüedad: Sergio Bernales, Arzobispo Loayza, Dos de Mayo, Víctor Larco Herrera, Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño de Breña y el Instituto de Ciencias Neurológicas, en Lima; así como Goyeneche (Arequipa), Belén (Trujillo) y Hospital Regional Docente Las Mercedes (Chiclayo).

El ministro Vásquez también informó que la nueva dinámica del Plan Mil, destinado a mejorar el acceso a los servicios de salud del primer nivel de atención, consistirá en la adquisición de módulos que permitirán cumplir con el compromiso de mejorar la infraestructura y el equipamiento de, por lo menos, 2000 centros de salud a nivel nacional.

En cuanto al dengue, el titular del Ministerio de Salud señaló que esta enfermedad está bajo control; no obstante, reveló que se impulsarán intervenciones en las regiones de San Martín y Loreto, en donde se registran complicaciones. “Vamos a realizar una ‘fumigatón’ en San Martín la próxima semana y esperamos seguir avanzando con el control de esta enfermedad”, añadió.

ESTADOS DE EMERGENCIA
El titular de la PCM informó que el Ejecutivo acordó declarar el estado de emergencia por lluvias intensas en 164 distritos de las regiones de Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Cajamarca, Huánuco, Huancavelica, Ica, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes y Ucayali. “Sumando los anteriores decretos, tenemos aproximadamente 650 distritos declarados en estado de emergencia por estos fenómenos meteorológicos”, acotó.

Al respecto, el ministro de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento recordó que la declaratoria de estado de emergencia ha permitido que las brigadas de su sector se desplacen a los lugares en los que se registraron incidencias por activación de quebradas que ocasionaron daños en viviendas. “Cuando se ha corroborado que las viviendas afectadas han quedado en condición de inhabitables, se ha otorgado bonos de arrendamiento excepcional”, agregó.

MEJORARÁN FOCALIZACIÓN DE PROGRAMAS SOCIALES
La ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Leslie Urteaga, informó que el Ejecutivo aprobó la modificación del decreto supremo nro. 251-2024-EF, mediante el cual se aprueba la operación de endeudamiento externo con el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF), a favor del sector que encabeza.

“Esta modificación de carácter formal permite que mejoremos las condiciones para focalizar nuestras intervenciones desde los programas sociales. Asimismo, ayudará a fortalecer e implementar mejor las unidades locales de empadronamiento de 1891 gobiernos locales. Ese es un proyecto que se prevé para aproximadamente cinco años”, explicó.
