“La declaratoria nos permitirá actuar con una asistencia más directa a los damnificados. Esto significará el empadronamiento de ellos y la verificación, por especialistas, de las condiciones en las que se encuentran sus viviendas. A partir de ello se tomarán las medidas previstas para desastres como estos”, indicó el premier Gustavo Adrianzén en conferencia de prensa tras Consejo de Ministros.
DECLARARÁN ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA EN 90 DISTRITOS POR LLUVIAS
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) también informó sobre la aprobación de un cuarto decreto supremo que declarará en estado de emergencia, por el impacto de las intensas precipitaciones pluviales, a 90 distritos de las regiones de Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lima, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Tacna, Tumbes y Ucayali.
Asimismo, precisó que el primer estado de emergencia por lluvias intensas está próximo a culminar y no será prorrogado. “Daremos uno nuevo porque las condiciones han variado significativamente desde enero. Este dispositivo considerará nuevos distritos que se encuentran en emergencia en la actualidad”, añadió.
RESPUESTA EN TUMBES
Como parte de la respuesta del Ejecutivo para mitigar el impacto de las lluvias en Tumbes, el ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero, reveló que desde mañana se trasladarán 12 maquinarias adicionales a dicha región para intervenir en los puntos críticos. Además, manifestó que se ha activado el seguro agrario catastrófico y que se ha iniciado el empadronamiento de los damnificados, a los que se entregarán fertilizantes y semillas.
El ministro Manero también destacó que con la declaratoria de emergencia aprobada hoy se podrá acelerar la reparación de los daños ocasionados por las inundaciones y garantizar el abastecimiento de agua para la población y los cultivos. Adicionalmente, reiteró el compromiso del Gobierno nacional para impulsar la construcción de la presa de Guanábano, lo que permitirá dar una solución definitiva a futuros problemas de este tipo en la región.
“Tumbes está en temporada de lluvias, por eso seguimos de cerca lo que allá sucede. Lo importante es que ocurrida toda esta crisis podamos implementar soluciones definitivas para que esta tragedia no se vuelva a repetir en los próximos años”, agregó.
RECHAZA ACOSO A PRESIDENTA BOLUARTE
El premier Adrianzén expresó su rechazo al ataque sistemático que se efectúa desde el Ministerio Público y un medio de comunicación contra la presidenta de la república Dina Boluarte, el cual se ha traducido en una campaña sostenida de desestabilización y desprestigio.
“La agresión contra la mandataria resulta intolerable porque tiene como propósito dirigir un golpe blanco, lo que significa ir minando la institucionalidad para generar un desprestigio, de tal manera que se pueda argumentar que existen fundamentos para una vacancia”, declaró el titular de la PCM.
En esa línea, el jefe de gabinete cuestionó que algunos medios, valiéndose de la irrestricta libertad de prensa, ofendan la magistratura de la presidenta de la república, así como su condición de mujer y representante de la nación.
NO EXISTIÓ SOCIEDAD CON SANTIVÁÑEZ
En otro momento, el premier Adrianzén reiteró que no ha existido sociedad entre él y Juan José Santiváñez, dado que el estudio jurídico en el que trabajó no llegó a fusionarse con la firma del ahora ministro del Interior.
“Si van a los registros públicos y ponen mi nombre completo encontrarán que no existe ninguna sociedad en la que haya participado con el doctor Santiváñez. Asimismo, es absurdo que en el 2019 yo haya imaginado que me iba a convertir en presidente del Consejo de Ministros y que lo iba a convertir a él en ministro del Interior”, comentó Adrianzén.
DÍA INTERNACIONAL DE LA MUJER
En el marco del Día Internacional de la Mujer, que se conmemora el 8 de marzo de cada año, el titular de la PCM reafirmó el compromiso del Gobierno nacional de continuar con los esfuerzos para lograr la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres, y acortar las brechas que impiden el desarrollo equitativo de nuestras niñas y adolescentes.
Al respecto, la ministra de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Fanny Montellanos, informó que para esta fecha se llevará a cabo la “Caminata 4K por la igualdad”, la cual iniciará a las 7:30 a. m., en Magdalena, entre el Coliseo Chamochumbi y la Plaza Tupac Amaru. Asimismo, precisó que la inscripción es gratuita y puede realizarse en el siguiente enlace.
BUEN INICIO DEL AÑO ESCOLAR 2025
Con miras al Buen Inicio del Año Escolar que se realizará el próximo lunes 17 de marzo, el Ejecutivo, a través del Ministerio de Educación, entregó el 100 % del material educativo a las 26 direcciones regionales de educación, las 225 unidades de gestión educativa local y a los 25 colegios de alto rendimiento de todo el Perú.
“Cumpliendo con un mandato presidencial, el día del inicio del año escolar estaremos los ministros de Estado a nivel nacional supervisando la jornada en las instituciones educativas. Este año habrá 25 000 nuevos maestros en las aulas”, declaró el premier Adrianzén.

He also specified that the first state of emergency due to heavy rain is about to end and will not be extended. “We will give a new one because the conditions have changed significantly since January. This device will consider new districts that are currently in emergency,” he added.
RESPONSE IN TUMBES
As part of the Executive’s response to mitigate the impact of the rains in Tumbes, the Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ángel Manero, revealed that starting tomorrow 12 additional machines will be transferred to the region to intervene in critical areas. He also stated that the catastrophic agricultural insurance has been activated and that the registration of the victims has begun, to whom fertilizers and seeds will be delivered.
Minister Manero also stressed that with the declaration of emergency approved today, the repair of the damage caused by the floods can be accelerated and the water supply for the population and crops can be guaranteed. Additionally, he reiterated the commitment of the national government to promote the construction of the Guanábano dam, which will allow a definitive solution to future problems of this type in the region.
“Tumbes is in the rainy season, so we are closely following what happens there. The important thing is that once this crisis has occurred, we can implement definitive solutions so that this tragedy does not happen again in the coming years,” he added.
REJECTS HARASSMENT OF PRESIDENT BOLUARTE
Prime Minister Adrianzén expressed his rejection of the systematic attack carried out by the Public Ministry and a media outlet against the president of the republic Dina Boluarte, which has resulted in a sustained campaign of destabilization and discredit.
“The aggression against the president is intolerable because it is intended to lead a coup, which means undermining the institutionality to generate disrepute, in such a way that it can be argued that there are grounds for a vacancy,” declared the head of the PCM.
Along these lines, the chief of staff questioned that some media, taking advantage of the unrestricted freedom of the press, offend the magistracy of the president of the republic, as well as her status as a woman and representative of the nation.
THERE WAS NO PARTNERSHIP WITH SANTIVÁÑEZ
At another time, Prime Minister Adrianzén reiterated that there has been no partnership between him and Juan José Santiváñez, given that the law firm in which he worked did not merge with the firm of the current Minister of the Interior.
“If you go to the public records and put my full name, you will find that there is no partnership in which I have participated with Dr. Santiváñez. Likewise, it is absurd that in 2019 I imagined that I was going to become president of the Council of Ministers and that I was going to make him Minister of the Interior,” Adrianzén commented.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
In the framework of International Women’s Day, which is commemorated on March 8 of each year, the head of the PCM reaffirmed the commitment of the national Government to continue with efforts to achieve equal opportunities between men and women, and to reduce the gaps that prevent the equitable development of our girls and adolescents.
In this regard, the Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Fanny Montellanos, reported that the “4K Walk for Equality” will be held on this date, which will begin at 7:30 a.m., in Magdalena, between the Chamochumbi Coliseum and the Tupac Amaru Plaza. GOOD START OF THE 2025 SCHOOL YEAR
