Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe/ Twitter: @prensaperupe Con la intensificación de negociaciones para suscribir nuevos tratados de libre comercio y la próxima presentación en Europa de una cartera estratégica de proyectos priorizados que cerrarán brechas en el país, el Perú afianza su posición como destino atractivo para el comercio y la inversión.

Así lo consideró el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Gustavo Adrianzén, quien destacó que en el extranjero el Perú es visto como un país seguro, confiable y estable, que ofrece seguridad jurídica y reglas claras para las inversiones.

En esa línea, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial resaltó el reinicio de las negociaciones para suscribir un tratado de libre comercio (TLC) con India, lo que permitirá a los productos peruanos acceder a un mercado de más de 1450 millones de personas. “Con este tratado nuestros productos agrícolas podrán llegar sin aranceles a ese país que es un gran productor de medicinas y tecnologías”, subrayó.

Por su parte, la ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Desilú León, explicó que la reanudación de las negociaciones fue posible tras su último viaje de trabajo a la ciudad de Nueva Delhi (India), donde sostuvo reuniones con autoridades de este país. “Tenemos la voluntad política de las autoridades de India para continuar, de la forma más rápida y acelerada, con este TLC”, declaró la ministra, quien precisó que las exportaciones peruanas a ese país ascendieron a más de 4700 millones de dólares en el 2024.

Adicionalmente, la titular de Comercio Exterior informó que un equipo del Perú se encuentra en El Salvador como parte del reinicio de las negociaciones para alcanzar un tratado de libre comercio con dicho país centroamericano. Además, reveló que se está cerca de concluir un TLC con Guatemala, el cual se espera suscribir en este año.

En tanto, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, José Salardi, anunció que en junio se presentará, en las ciudades de Madrid y Londres, ante la comunidad de inversionistas un portafolio de más de 50 mil millones de dólares en proyectos de alianzas público-privadas y en activos.

El ministro Salardi adelantó que en los eventos se detallará el portafolio de Proinversión para los años 2025 y 2026, el cual comprende iniciativas valorizadas en 16 mil millones de dólares y que cuentan con fecha de adjudicación; y los proyectos del sector Transporte, como las líneas 3 y 4 del Metro de Lima, y el tren minero. ” Recordemos que en los dos últimos años hemos adjudicado más de 30 proyectos por cerca de 11 500 millones de dólares”, expresó.

CONTINUIDAD DEL GABINETE
El premier Adrianzén rechazó las versiones de un presunto alejamiento suyo al cargo de titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), y remarcó que continuará en el puesto hasta que la presidenta de la república Dina Boluarte disponga lo contrario.

Adicionalmente, el premier cuestionó que se ponga en duda la continuidad del ministro del Interior, Julio Diaz, a menos de 48 horas de haber jurado al cargo, y reafirmó que el pleno del gabinete goza de su entera confianza.

ENTREGARÁN DEPARTAMENTOS A MEDALLISTAS DE LIMA 2019
El titular de la PCM también destacó la publicación de la resolución suprema nro. 059-2025-PCM con el que Gobierno nacional adjudica, a título gratuito, los 65 departamentos para igual número de deportistas peruanos que obtuvieron medalla en los Juegos Panamericanos y Parapanamericanos Lima 2019.

“El justo reclamo de nuestros medallistas es hoy una realidad. En los próximos días se llevará a cabo la ceremonia en la que la presidenta Boluarte hará entrega, a cada uno de los 65 medallistas, los títulos de propiedad de los departamentos adjudicados”, manifestó el premier Adrianzén, quien precisó que los inmuebles están ubicados en la Torre 5 de la Villa de Atletas, de la Villa Panamericana, ubicada en Villa el Salvador.

ANUNCIAN LANZAMIENTO DE PROYECTOS DE IRRIGACIÓN
El ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero, destacó el lanzamiento de la cartera de 22 proyectos de irrigación, que incluye obras emblemáticas como Chavimochic III y Majes Siguas. “También queremos informar a la región Piura que este 15 de abril se lanzará la convocatoria internacional para los proyectos Alto Piura y Poechos”, añadió.

Adicionalmente, anunció la activación del seguro agrario catastrófico con indemnizaciones de S/800 por hectárea para productores agrarios que sufrieron el impacto de las intensas precipitaciones, y agregó que a través de un decreto de urgencia se les entregará insumos como urea, guano de isla y semillas, a fin de que puedan recuperar su capacidad productiva.

AVANCES EN SANEAMIENTO Y ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL
En el Consejo de Ministros se aprobaron dos proyectos de ley para sanear tramos de los límites entre los distritos del Callao y Carmen de la Legua – Reynoso, en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao; así como la colindancia del distrito de Huancabamba con las localidades de Canchaque, Sondorillo y Sondor, en la provincia de Huancabamba (Piura).

Adicionalmente, se aprobó la iniciativa legislativa que recategoriza el centro poblado de Tambo Grande, de villa a ciudad intermedia, en el distrito de Tambo Grande, en la provincia y departamento de Piura. Cabe indicar que estos tres dispositivos legales serán enviados al Congreso de la República para su evaluación y aprobación.

PRÓRROGA DE ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA
También se aprobaron dos decretos supremos que prorrogan estados de emergencia por 60 días calendario: en el Corredor Vial Sur Apurímac-Cusco-Arequipa, incluidos los 500 metros adyacentes a cada lado de la vía, a partir del 31 de marzo; y en 14 distritos y 6 centros poblados de Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Cusco y Junín, y en la franja territorial denominada “Eje Energético del Gas de Camisea”, desde el 1 de abril.

This was the opinion of the President of the Council of Ministers, Gustavo Adrianzén, who emphasized that Peru is viewed abroad as a safe, reliable, and stable country, offering legal certainty and clear rules for investment.

Along these lines, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers highlighted the resumption of negotiations to sign a free trade agreement (FTA) with India, which will allow Peruvian products to access a market of more than 1.45 billion people. “With this treaty, our agricultural products will be able to reach this country, a major producer of medicines and technologies, tariff-free,” he emphasized.

For her part, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Desilú León, explained that the resumption of negotiations was possible after her last working trip to New Delhi, India, where she held meetings with Indian authorities. “We have the political will of the Indian authorities to continue, as quickly and expeditiously as possible, with this FTA,” stated the minister, who specified that Peruvian exports to that country amounted to more than $4.7 billion in 2024.

Additionally, the Minister of Foreign Trade reported that a team from Peru is in El Salvador as part of the resumption of negotiations to reach a free trade agreement with that Central American country. She also revealed that an FTA with Guatemala is close to being concluded, and is expected to be signed this year.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Economy and Finance, José Salardi, announced that a portfolio of more than $50 billion in public-private partnership projects and assets will be presented to the investment community in June in Madrid and London.

Minister Salardi announced that the Proinversión portfolio for 2025 and 2026 will be detailed at the events. It includes initiatives valued at $16 billion and with award dates set; as well as projects in the transportation sector, such as lines 3 and 4 of the Lima Metro and the mining train. “Let’s remember that in the last two years we have awarded more than 30 projects for nearly $11.5 billion,” he stated.

CONTINUITY OF THE CABINET
Prime Minister Adrianzén rejected reports of his alleged resignation as head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) and emphasized that he will remain in the position until President Dina Boluarte decides otherwise.

Additionally, the Prime Minister questioned the question of Interior Minister Julio Diaz’s continued presence less than 48 hours after being sworn in, and reaffirmed that the full Cabinet enjoys his full confidence.

APARTMENTS TO BE AWARDED TO LIMA 2019 MEDALISTS
The head of the PCM also highlighted the publication of Supreme Resolution No. 059-2025-PCM, through which the national government awards, free of charge, 65 apartments to the same number of Peruvian athletes who won medals at the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games.

“The just demand of our medalists is now a reality. In the coming days, the ceremony will take place in which President Boluarte will present each of the 65 medalists with the property titles for the awarded apartments,” said Prime Minister Adrianzén, who specified that the properties are located in Tower 5 of the Athletes’ Village, at the Pan American Village, located in Villa el Salvador.

IRRIGATION PROJECT LAUNCH ANNOUNCED
The Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ángel Manero, highlighted the launch of the portfolio of 22 irrigation projects, which includes emblematic projects such as Chavimochic III and Majes Siguas. “We also want to inform the Piura region that the international call for proposals for the Alto Piura and Poechos projects will be launched on April 15,” he added.

Additionally, he announced the activation of catastrophic agricultural insurance with compensation of S/800 per hectare for agricultural producers who suffered the impact of the intense rainfall. He added that through an emergency decree, they will be provided with supplies such as urea, island guano, and seeds so they can recover their productive capacity.

PROGRESS IN LAND CLEANUP AND LAND PLANNING
The Council of Ministers approved two bills to clean up sections of the boundaries between the districts of Callao and Carmen de la Legua-Reynoso, in the Constitutional Province of Callao; as well as the boundary between the district of Huancabamba and the towns of Canchaque, Sondorillo, and Sondor, in the province of Huancabamba (Piura).

Additionally, the legislative initiative reclassifying the population center of Tambo Grande from a village to an intermediate city was approved in the district of Tambo Grande, in the province and department of Piura. It should be noted that these three legal provisions will be sent to the Congress of the Republic for evaluation and approval.

EXTENSION OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY
Two supreme decrees were also approved extending states of emergency for 60 calendar days: in the Apurímac-Cusco-Arequipa Southern Highway Corridor, including the 500 meters adjacent to each side of the road, starting March 31; and in 14 districts and six population centers in Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Cusco, and Junín, and in the territorial strip known as the “Camisea Gas Energy Axis,” starting April 1.
