Estos cursos se impartirán a partir del 1, 7, 8, 14, 21 y 22 de ese mes, como parte del Plan para el Fortalecimiento de Capacidades (PFC) del Cenfotur, que busca elevar la competitividad de la actividad turística y mejorar la experiencia brindada a los visitantes.

Para abril, se programaron capacitaciones gratuitas en Lima, el Callao, Cajamarca, Pasco, Apurímac, Cusco, Lambayeque, Tacna, Ica, San Martín, Moquegua, Tumbes, Áncash, Arequipa, Puno, Junín y Piura. Se trata de cursos de 16 horas lectivas que se brindarán en ocho y cuatro sesiones.

En esta oportunidad, docentes del Cenfotur dictarán clases de “Comercialización de productos artesanales”, “Diseño de experiencias turísticas”, “Costos, presupuesto y principios financieros en turismo” y “Gestión de servicio y experiencia del cliente”.

También se impartirán los cursos de “Buenas prácticas para la gestión logística en restaurantes y servicios afines”, “Operaciones para el servicio en salón de restaurantes y servicios afines”, “Diseño de carta menú para restaurantes y servicios afines”, “Manejo de redes sociales para emprendedores” y “HACCP (sistema usado para el análisis de peligros y puntos críticos de control) para restaurantes y servicios afines”.

Para el presente año, se tiene proyectado brindar un total de 254 capacitaciones gratuitas en todo el país para beneficiar a 10,160 trabajadores de empresas del sector turismo. De esa manera, la entidad educativa del Mincetur reafirma su compromiso con la profesionalización del sector y la mejora continua de la oferta turística nacional.

Es importante mencionar que el PFC es una iniciativa que el Cenfotur impulsa desde el año 2015, con apoyo de los gobiernos regionales y locales, que a la fecha ha beneficiado a 59,539 prestadores de servicios turísticos.
