“Se ha conformado un equipo especial contra las extorsiones, cuyos efectivos harán uso de sus armas de fuego con energía, dentro de ámbito de la ley, porque vamos a imponer el orden en defensa de la sociedad”, enfatizó al liderar una nueva sesión del Cuarto de Guerra.

En su mensaje a los peruanos, la jefa de Estado señaló que esta labor se verá fortalecida tras la aprobación del marco legal que permite a nuestros efectivos policiales contar con el respaldo necesario para hacer uso de sus armas de fuego.

Indicó que la nueva normativa es fundamental, teniendo en cuenta que nuestra Policía Nacional se enfrenta a criminales que incluso poseen granadas de guerra.

Seguidamente, la mandataria expresó sus condolencias a los familiares de los conductores asesinados en los últimos días: Paul López, de la empresa Aquarius, y Loymer Noé Benigno, de la empresa Etuchisa.

“A sus familiares y amigos les expreso mi compromiso de capturar a los asesinos y acabar con estas bandas de extorsionadores, quienes recibirán un castigo ejemplar y terminarán arrepintiéndose en Challapalca por el mal que han causado”, manifestó.

En otro momento, la presidenta Boluarte lamentó que el último fin de semana se registraran casos de violencia originados por barras bravas que salieron a las calles con motivo del clásico del fútbol peruano.

En ese sentido, aseveró que perseguirá y castigará a los delincuentes disfrazados de hinchas que generan caos, destruyen la propiedad privada y, en algunos casos, arrebatan la vida de otras personas.

También, adelantó que se están evaluando medidas para identificar a los responsables civiles de estos actos de violencia. “Los clubes de fútbol no pueden seguir mirando hacia otro lado. No pueden ser cómplices pasivos de esta violencia. Vamos a iniciar las acciones necesarias para determinar responsabilidades civiles y, si es necesario, sancionar a los clubes que no asuman su deber con la sociedad”, remarcó.

Finalmente, dio a conocer que en las últimas 24 horas se han realizado 508 operativos, los cuales han permitido la detención de 283 personas, de las que 257 son peruanos y 26 extranjeros. Además, se ha intervenido a 38 personas con requisitorias.

Por otro lado, nuestras Fuerzas Armadas llevaron a cabo 411 patrullajes, a cargo de 4470 efectivos.
