Desde el “Cuarto de guerra” también hizo un llamado a los choferes a que confíen en la Policía Nacional, que está trabajando duro para capturar a los extorsionadores asesinos y pronto volverá la tranquilidad en el transporte.

Respecto al traslado de los más peligrosos delincuentes al penal de Challapalca, informó que la mañana de hoy se movilizaron a cinco miembros de las organizaciones criminales ‘Los Pulpos’ y ‘Los Compadres’. Dos de ellos estuvieron involucrados en casos de secuestros y mutilación de dedos a sus víctimas.

“Estos sanguinarios delincuentes ya están camino a celdas heladas, a 15 grados bajo cero, y estarán totalmente incomunicados. Ahí, vivirán la dureza de la condena por causar terror a nuestros compatriotas. No más privilegios para quienes han causado tanto sufrimiento a los peruanos”, enfatizó.

En esa línea, reiteró que los extorsionadores, secuestradores, asesinos y demás criminales que se creen intocables pasarán sus días en el penal de Challapalca, donde tendrán todo el tiempo del mundo para arrepentirse del daño que cometieron.

Aseveró que se acabaron los guantes de seda para estos sujetos a los que poco les importa la vida de personas de bien.

“Desde aquí le ponemos fin a las concesiones que tenían estos delincuentes. ¿Acaso ellos tuvieron misericordia al matar, al extorsionar, al secuestrar? ¿Acaso estos criminales pensaron en los derechos humanos de sus víctimas? Espero que ahora no seamos objeto de críticas por parte de las ONG que defienden los derechos humanos de los delincuentes, pero no los de las víctimas”, remarcó.

Aseveró que este gobierno de dos años y tres meses está enfrentando a organizaciones criminales que se han fortalecido desde hace décadas, mafias que se han nutrido del abandono y la indiferencia de gobiernos anteriores.

“Durante años, los presidentes de turno y los ministros del interior, muchos de ellos que ahora salen a criticar, en su momento no hicieron nada por frenar la delincuencia, pese a que tenían la información y la oportunidad para actuar. Las mafias que nos atacan no nacieron de la noche a la mañana ni en diciembre del 2022”, expresó.

En otro momento, la mandataria se dirigió a los trabajadores del transporte público y les aseguró que los días de terror llegarán a su fin más pronto de lo que imaginan, pues la Policía Nacional trabaja sin descanso para capturar a los asesinos de choferes y trasladarlos enmarrocados al penal de Challapalca.

“Estamos con ustedes. Comprendemos su dolor y frustración, y les pedimos que confíen en su Policía, en un gobierno que aplica mano dura para poner fin a estos difíciles momentos causados por las organizaciones criminales y la delincuencia transnacional”, puntualizó.

“From here, we put an end to the concessions these criminals had. Did they have mercy when they killed, extorted, or kidnapped? Did these criminals even consider the human rights of their victims? I hope we are not now the target of criticism from NGOs that defend the human rights of criminals, but not those of the victims,” ​​he emphasized.

He asserted that this two-year-and-three-month-old government is confronting criminal organizations that have grown stronger over the decades, mafias that have thrived on the neglect and indifference of previous governments.

“For years, the presidents in power and the interior ministers, many of whom are now criticizing us, did nothing to curb crime, despite having the information and the opportunity to act. The mafias that attack us were not born overnight or in December 2022,” she stated.

On another occasion, the president addressed public transportation workers and assured them that the days of terror will come to an end sooner than they imagine, as the National Police are working tirelessly to capture the drivers’ killers and transport them handcuffed to the Challapalca prison.

“We are with you. We understand your pain and frustration, and we ask you to trust your police, in a government that applies a firm hand to put an end to these difficult times caused by criminal organizations and transnational crime,” she emphasized.
