“Este acuerdo, logrado el lunes pasado, beneficiará a miles de trabajadores del sector público con el incremento de sus remuneraciones y beneficios laborales”, precisó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

Este convenio fue suscrito entre el Estado peruano y la representación sindical integrada por las confederaciones estatales CITE (Confederación Intersectorial de Trabajadores Estatales), CTE Perú (Confederación Nacional de Trabajadores Estatales del Perú), UNASSE (Unión Nacional de Sindicatos del Sector Estatal), CUT Estatales (Central Unitaria de Trabajadores del Perú) y Conasep (Confederación Nacional de Servidores Públicos).

RECHAZAN ACTOS DE VIOLENCIA
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) rechazó los actos de violencia registrados en las protestas contra el Decreto Supremo N.º 012-2025 del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, que establece el cierre del proceso de formalización minera integral de la pequeña minería y minería artesanal.

“Respetamos la libertad de expresión y el derecho a la protesta, pero no permitiremos medidas de fuerza ni tomas de carreteras que pongan en riesgo a la población”, añadió.

En esa línea, indicó que, en la zona de Pataz, el Comando Unificado actúa de manera articulada con distintas entidades del Estado para recuperar el orden. Además, comentó que el Gobierno nacional promueve una mesa de trabajo y diálogo que involucra a los mineros, las empresas y la ciudadanía, con el objetivo de construir una minería formal, legal y sostenible.

REGULARIZAN SALARIO DEL CARGO PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA
En otro momento, el premier Arana explicó que el decreto supremo que regula la compensación económica correspondiente al cargo de presidente de la república, aprobado hoy en el consejo, culmina el trabajo pendiente de la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil (Servir), que había regulado previamente la remuneración de los ministros.

“Esta norma no es sobre una persona en particular. Se trata de que la institución presidencial cuente con una retribución acorde con su responsabilidad y con la Constitución”, enfatizó.

IMPULSAN ESTRATEGIA PARA REDUCCIÓN DE POBREZA URBANA
El titular de la PCM también informó que en la sesión de la Comisión Intersectorial de Asuntos Sociales (CIAS) se revisó una estrategia multisectorial orientada a reducir la pobreza urbana. Esta propuesta contempla un plan piloto que fijará nuevos estándares y permitirá que el Estado actúe con más rapidez frente a esta problemática.

INVITAN A ALCALDE DE LIMA METROPOLITANA A DIALOGAR
El jefe de Gabinete invitó al alcalde de Lima Metropolitana, Rafael López Aliaga, a coordinar directamente con el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, César Sandoval, para levantar observaciones técnicas y avanzar en la implementación de los trenes de Lima a Chosica.

“La relación entre el Ejecutivo y los gobiernos locales es de permanente coordinación. El Gobierno tiene el mayor interés en que estas vías se concreten en beneficio de la población”, puntualizó.

“This agreement, reached last Monday, will benefit thousands of public sector workers with increased salaries and employee benefits,” the head of the Cabinet stated.

This agreement was signed between the Peruvian State and the union representation made up of the state confederations CITE (Intersectoral Confederation of State Workers), CTE Peru (National Confederation of State Workers of Peru), UNASSE (National Union of State Sector Unions), CUT State (Unitary Central of Workers of Peru) and Conasep (National Confederation of Public Servants).

REJECT ACTS OF VIOLENCE
The head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) condemned the acts of violence reported during the protests against Supreme Decree No. 012-2025 of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, which establishes the closure of the comprehensive mining formalization process for small-scale and artisanal mining.

“We respect freedom of expression and the right to protest, but we will not allow forceful measures or roadblocks that put the population at risk,” he added.

SALARY REGULARIZED FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
On another occasion, Prime Minister Arana explained that the supreme decree regulating the financial compensation corresponding to the office of president of the republic, approved today by the council, completes the pending work of the National Civil Service Authority (Servir), which had previously regulated the remuneration of ministers.

“This regulation is not about a specific person. It’s about ensuring that the presidential institution receives compensation commensurate with its responsibilities and the Constitution,” he emphasized.

STRATEGY FOR URBAN POVERTY REDUCTION PROMOTED
The head of the PCM also reported that a multisectoral strategy aimed at reducing urban poverty was reviewed at the session of the Intersectoral Commission on Social Affairs (CIAS). This proposal includes a pilot plan that will set new standards and allow the State to act more quickly on this issue.

MAYOR OF METROPOLITAN LIMA INVITED TO DIALOGUE
The Chief of Staff invited the Mayor of Metropolitan Lima, Rafael López Aliaga, to coordinate directly with the Minister of Transportation and Communications, César Sandoval, to raise technical observations and advance the implementation of the trains from Lima to Chosica.
