“Hoy ponemos al alcance de los servidores públicos de más de 2000 entidades a nivel nacional un medio confiable de mensajería automática que servirá para absolver las consultas técnicas de los servidores públicos y ayudarlos en la elaboración de sus documentos de gestión como el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones o el Manual de Operaciones”, indicó la secretaria general de la PCM, Dalia Suárez.

La herramienta fue presentada en el teatro Mario Vargas Llosa de la Biblioteca Nacional del Perú, en San Borja, y su diseño y desarrollo estuvo a cargo de la Secretaría de Gestión Pública (SGP) de la PCM, en coordinación con la Oficina General de Tecnologías de la Información (OGTI) de la misma entidad.

Con este chatbot, que contribuye a modernizar la gobernanza del Estado, la SGP busca absolver de manera inmediata las consultas que frecuentemente recibe en materia de estructura, organización y funcionamiento del Estado. Para ello, los usuarios pueden realizar sus consultas en la plataforma de WhatsApp, a través del número 908 842 200.

“Esta interfaz de mensajería es una herramienta que permite modernizar la gobernanza del Estado, generando eficiencia que se traduce en valor público”, destacó la secretaria general de la PCM.

Durante la actividad, la secretaria de Gestión Pública, Geraldine Mouchard, y el jefe de OGTI, Melvin Gago, informaron que actualmente se trabaja en una segunda fase de RofBot que incorporará inteligencia artificial.

El lanzamiento RofBot es una muestra de la apuesta de la PCM por soluciones innovadoras que optimicen la capacidad de atención de consultas, promuevan la normativa vigente en materia de estructura, organización y funcionamiento del Estado, y contribuyan a la gestión de la información.
