El acto inaugural de esta importante muestra contó con la participación de presidente de la República, Francisco Sagasti, de la premier Violeta Bermúdez, así como de los ministros de Salud, Óscar Ugarte; de Relaciones Exteriores, Allan Wagner; de Defensa, Nuria Esparch; de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Solangel Fernández; de Cultura, Alejandro Neyra; del Interior, José Elice; y de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Vega, entre otros funcionarios del Poder Ejecutivo. Asimismo, estuvieron presentes autoridades locales, miembros del cuerpo diplomático acreditado en el país y representantes de distintas instituciones de la sociedad civil.

LAS VACUNAS SON ESPERANZA Y VIDA
Al hacer uso de la palabra, la presidenta del Consejo de Ministros, Violeta Bermúdez, señaló que Gobierno de transición y emergencia desea concluir su gestión con la esperanza que genera el proceso de vacunación, pues las vacunas son esperanza y vida.

Indicó que dicha muestra ha sido organizada con el fin de exponer la estrategia implementada por el Gobierno de transición y emergencia en las áreas de prevención, atención y vacunación y para que la ciudadanía no olvide que seguimos en pandemia y de “todo lo que hemos debido afrontar debido a ella.

Agregó que las personas deben seguir protegiéndose, haciendo uso de la mascarilla y frecuentando lugares con ventilación, a fin de evitar los contagios. También destacó que se debe reconocer el trabajo del cuerpo médico, enfermeras y brigadistas quienes realmente se han fajado por el Perú”.

LA ENTRADA ES LIBRE PARA TODO PÚBLICO
La exposición está compuesta por 15 paneles bifrontes con 77 imágenes pertenecientes a los archivos fotográficos de la Presidencia de la República, de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, del Ministerio de Salud, del Seguro Social de Salud (Essalud), así como de los fotógrafos Ernesto Benavides (AFP), Ángela Ponce, Sebastián Castañeda (TNH), Adriana Peralta, Paolo Peña, José Vidal, Abraham Encarnación y Alejandro Olazo.

La muestra estará abierta al público de manera gratuita desde el día sábado 17 en la explanada del Lugar de la Memoria, la Tolerancia y la Inclusión Social (LUM) en la Bajada San Martín, en Miraflores. Podrá ser visitada los días martes, jueves y sábado, de 10 a.m. a 3:00 p.m., previa inscripción en el link https://bit.ly/3qZlUUt

Likewise, local authorities, members of the diplomatic corps accredited in the country and representatives of different institutions of civil society were present.

VACCINES ARE HOPE AND LIFE
When speaking, the president of the Council of Ministers, Violeta Bermúdez, pointed out that the transition and emergency government wishes to conclude its administration with the hope generated by the vaccination process, since vaccines are hope and life.

He indicated that said sample has been organized in order to expose the strategy implemented by the transition and emergency Government in the areas of prevention, care and vaccination and so that citizens do not forget that we are still in a pandemic and of “everything we have had cope because of it.

He added that people should continue to protect themselves, using the mask and frequenting places with ventilation, in order to avoid contagion. He also stressed that the work of the medical corps, nurses and brigade members who have really fought for Peru should be recognized. “
