Indicó que el Programa París 2024 cobijó a los deportistas desde los primeros meses del año, con la finalidad de promover la preparación y participación de todos los clasificados a la cita olímpica.

“En mi gobierno, los deportistas tendrán siempre el apoyo para escribir sus nombres en la historia”, subrayó la mandataria durante su participación en la ceremonia de despedida de los deportistas clasificados a los Juegos Paralímpicos París 2024.

En su discurso, la jefa de Estado señaló que la delegación que participará en los juegos paralímpicos, recibirá 60 000 dólares por lograr una medalla de oro, 50 000 dólares si es de plata y 40 000 en caso sea de bronce. Además, los entrenadores de los medallistas paralímpicos recibirán el equivalente al 30% del valor del monto de la presea que se consiga.

“Estoy segura de que en estos juegos representarán a la patria con el corazón envuelto por los colores rojo y blanco de nuestra bandera. No están solos; tienen detrás a nuestro gobierno y a una nación entera que los apoya y confía en ustedes”, expresó.
