Así lo anunció la presidenta de la Comisión de Integridad Judicial, jueza suprema titular Mariem De La Rosa Bedriñana, quien resaltó que este Poder del Estado busca impulsar la Política Antisoborno y el establecimiento del Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno, para brindar a sus usuarios las garantías necesarias, seguras y confiables.

De La Rosa Bedriñana, quien además es Oficial de Cumplimiento de la Norma ISO 37001, refirió que esta certificación es el resultado del esfuerzo de todos los colaboradores del Poder Judicial y constituye una responsabilidad que deberá ser cumplida en adelante.

Precisó que esta implementación permitirá promover conductas éticas e íntegras, difundiendo e incentivando en los jueces, servidores y funcionarios de la entidad, el conocimiento y cumplimiento, con el fin de prevenir y evitar cualquier conducta o acto de soborno.

Añadió que este proceso es importante porque cuenta con un enfoque anticorrupción alineado con el Plan Nacional de Integridad y Lucha contra la Corrupción del Poder Judicial, que busca reforzar la confianza de la ciudadanía y, además, dar el ejemplo en la lucha frontal contra la corrupción.

“Buscamos promover y supervisar la implementación progresiva, mantenimiento y mejora de este nuevo sistema; es importante resaltar el apoyo y compromiso de la Presidenta del Poder Judicial, Elvia Barrios Alvarado, quien impulsó la certificación ISO 37001:2016 en la Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema y el Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial”, acotó.

Por su parte, la empresa certificadora Global Certification Bureau consideró de gran valor el paso dado por el Poder Judicial al contar con un Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno, lo cual evidencia el compromiso decidido de la Alta Dirección para establecer una cultura de integridad, transparencia, honestidad, cumplimiento y lucha frontal contra la corrupción.

Cabe destacar, el agradecimiento a la Embajada de los Estados Unidos de América, Sección de Asuntos Antinarcóticos y de la Aplicación de la Ley-SAAL, por el apoyo decidido para la ejecución de este proyecto.

De La Rosa Bedriñana, who is also a Compliance Officer for the ISO 37001 Standard, said that this certification is the result of the efforts of all the collaborators of the Judicial Power and constitutes a responsibility that must be fulfilled from now on.

He specified that this implementation will allow promoting ethical and upright conduct, spreading and encouraging the entity’s judges, servants and officials, knowledge and compliance, in order to prevent and avoid any conduct or act of bribery.

He added that this process is important because it has an anti-corruption approach aligned with the National Plan for Integrity and the Fight against Corruption of the Judiciary, which seeks to strengthen the confidence of citizens and, in addition, set an example in the frontal fight against corruption. .

“We seek to promote and supervise the progressive implementation, maintenance and improvement of this new system; It is important to highlight the support and commitment of the President of the Judiciary, Elvia Barrios Alvarado, who promoted the ISO 37001: 2016 certification in the Permanent Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Executive Council of the Judiciary ”, he added.

For its part, the certifying company Global Certification Bureau considered of great value the step taken by the Judiciary in having an Anti-Bribery Management System, which shows the firm commitment of Senior Management to establish a culture of integrity, transparency, honesty , compliance and frontal fight against corruption.
