De esta forma, suman ya 13 los desembarcaderos pesqueros artesanales habilitados sanitariamente por Sanipes a nivel nacional, entre los que se encuentran Morro Sama, Ático, El Faro, Quilca, Lagunillas, José Olaya, Los Chimús, San José, Paita, Máncora, Parachique y Acapulco; y antes de finalizar el presente año, se buscará habilitar 5 infraestructuras más.

El presidente ejecutivo de Sanipes, Johnny Marchán, resaltó el trabajo que se realiza en complemento al esfuerzo del Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Pesquero (Fondepes), e indicó que el Sanipes como autoridad sanitaria sigue mejorando sus mecanismos que garantizan la inocuidad de los alimentos hidrobiológicos para el consumo público, beneficiando el impulso de la reactivación y el crecimiento del sector pesquero y de la economía nacional.

En el verano del 2019, Sanipes firmó el Convenio de Cooperación Interinstitucional con Fondepes, acordando establecer el trabajo conjunto basado en las acciones de asistencia técnica, que faciliten los procedimientos de adecuación a la normativa sanitaria y los mecanismos para la obtención de la habilitación sanitaria de las infraestructuras pesqueras artesanales y acuícolas.

En ese sentido, Sanipes viene realizando evaluaciones preliminares de expedientes contemplados en el Texto Único de Procedimientos Administrativos-TUPA 9, que incluyen la revisión de memoria descriptiva, planos y manuales, para facilitar la obtención del Protocolo de habilitación sanitaria de dichos desembarcaderos y que esto contribuya a garantizar el abastecimiento de productos hidrobiológicos inocuos para el comercio nacional e internacional.

¿QUÉ ES EL TUPA 9?
Es el procedimiento administrativo que siguen los operadores para obtener la habilitación sanitaria de muelles, desembarcaderos, sistemas de descarga y puntos de descarga de moluscos bivalvos.

In this sense, Sanipes has been carrying out preliminary evaluations of the files contemplated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures-TUPA 9, which include the review of descriptive memory, plans and manuals, to facilitate obtaining the Protocol of sanitary authorization of said landing sites and that this help to guarantee the supply of safe hydrobiological products for national and international trade.

WHAT IS TUPA 9?
It is the administrative procedure followed by operators to obtain sanitary authorization for docks, wharves, unloading systems and unloading points for bivalve molluscs.
