Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El gobierno peruano mediante Resolución Suprema de fecha 7 de agosto del año en curso, designó como representante del Estado ante el Consejo Directivo del,Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD, quien desempeñará el cargo de Presidente Ejecutivo, a Mario Carhuapoma Yance, científico y docente de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) y actual decano del Colegio Químico Farmacéutico del Perú.

La referida Resolución Suprema N° 019-2020-TR considera que mediante Resolución Suprema N° 003-2021-TR, se renueva la designación de la señora Fiorella Giannina Molinelli Aristondo, como representante del Estado ante el Consejo Directivo del Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD, en el cargo de Presidenta Ejecutiva, efectuada mediante el artículo 2 de la Resolución Suprema N° 007-2018-TR;

Que, la citada representante ha formulado renuncia al cargo señalado en el considerando precedente; por lo que, corresponde aceptarla y designar al nuevo miembro del Consejo Directivo del Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD, en representación del Estado, quien desempeñará el cargo de Presidente Ejecutivo; y,

De conformidad con los dispuesto por la Ley N° 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo; y la Ley N° 27056, Ley de Creación del Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD y su reglamento aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 002-99-TR y modificatorias;

Se resuelve, aceptar la renuncia formulada por la señora Fiorella Giannina Molinelli Aristondo, como representante del Estado ante el Consejo Directivo del Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD, en el cargo de Presidenta Ejecutiva.

Designar al señor Mario Carhuapoma Yance, como representante del Estado ante el Consejo Directivo del Seguro Social de Salud – ESSALUD, quien desempeñará el cargo de Presidente Ejecutivo. La presente Resolución Suprema lleva refrendada la rúbrica del Presidente de la república José Pedro Castillo Terrones y del Ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo Iber Antenor Maraví Olarte.

Resolved, accept the resignation made by Mrs. Fiorella Giannina Molinelli Aristondo, as representative of the State before the Board of Directors of the Social Health Security – ESSALUD, in the position of Executive President.

Appoint Mr. Mario Carhuapoma Yance, as representative of the State before the Board of Directors of the Social Health Security – ESSALUD, who will hold the position of Executive President. This Supreme Resolution bears the signature of the President of the Republic José Pedro Castillo Terrones and the Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion Iber Antenor Maraví Olarte.
