El día Miércoles 8 de Setiembre en horas de la mañana se efectuó la entrega formal de la ayuda humanitaria en el local institucional del gobierno regional en la ciudad de Chachapoyas.
La donación fue formalmente entregada por Ronald Velasco Sánchez, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Chachapoyas a Oscar Altamirano Quispe, gobernador regional de Amazonas, quien agradeció a la Iglesia de Jesucristo indicando que la donación va a mitigar las carencias de las familias que se han visto más afectadas por la pandemia y que se entregara de manera equitativa en todas las provincias de la región.
Los concentradores de oxígeno y pulsioximetros se harán llegar a los establecimientos de salud de las localidades donde existe mayor necesidad provocada por la pandemia con el propósito de mejorar la atención a los pacientes con COVID-19.
Cada una de las bolsas de alimentos entregadas contenía leche evaporada, harina preparada, avena, conservas de pescado, menestras, azúcar, aceite vegetal, fideos y arroz.
Ronald Velasco de la Iglesia de Jesucristo expresó que la donación es parte de la iniciativa de ayuda humanitaria que realiza la Iglesia de Jesucristo en su misión de servicio a las personas vulnerables y agregó: “Tenemos presente a Dios quien nos dio el modelo de vida a seguir y la enseñanza de ayudar a nuestro prójimo cuando lo necesita”.

On Wednesday, September 8, in the morning, the formal delivery of humanitarian aid was made at the institutional premises of the regional government in the city of Chachapoyas.
The donation was formally delivered by Ronald Velasco Sánchez, local leader of the Church of Jesus Christ in Chachapoyas to Oscar Altamirano Quispe, regional governor of Amazonas, who thanked the Church of Jesus Christ indicating that the donation will alleviate the deficiencies of the families that are have been most affected by the pandemic and that it will be delivered equitably in all provinces of the region.
The oxygen concentrators and pulse oximeters will be delivered to health facilities in localities where there is a greater need caused by the pandemic in order to improve care for patients with COVID-19.
Each of the food bags delivered contained evaporated milk, prepared flour, oatmeal, canned fish, beans, sugar, vegetable oil, noodles and rice.
Ronald Velasco of the Church of Jesus Christ expressed that the donation is part of the humanitarian aid initiative carried out by the Church of Jesus Christ in its mission of service to vulnerable people and added: “We are aware of God who gave us the model of life to go on and teach to help our neighbor when he needs it ”.
