“Significa que el propio juez gestiona su proceso, adiós al trámite del secretario que va proveyendo los escritos, señalando fecha. Directamente, en una sola audiencia el juez resuelve el caso”, detalló en una reunión de trabajo que sostuvo con las autoridades de la región de Huancavelica.

Elvia Barrios explicó que para ello, el Poder Judicial está capacitando a los abogados de Huancavelica, para que puedan adecuarse a la nueva forma de resolver los procesos civiles.

Anunció, asimismo, que se viene instalando, en el Distrito Judicial de Huancavelica, un sistema informático para que funcione la oralidad civil.

Al respecto, detalló que actualmente son 18 los distritos judiciales donde está implementándose el sistema de la oralidad, comprometiéndose a que este llegaría también a las provincias de las sedes judiciales.

En el encuentro con las autoridades de Huancavelica, la Presidenta del Poder Judicial explicó que el propósito de estas reuniones es conocer qué deficiencias ven en el servicio y cómo se debe mejorar el sistema de justicia.

Antes de la reunión con las autoridades, la doctora Barrios Alvarado hizo entrega de equipos celulares al titular de la Corte de Huancavelica, Máximo Torres Cruz, a fin de mejorar el acceso a los servicios judiciales, así como entregó uniformes para el personal de Seguridad y trabajadores de la Central Única de Notificadores.

REUNIÓN CON JUECES DE PAZ
Posteriormente, la jueza suprema resaltó el trabajo que realizan los jueces de paz, el cual, dijo, consiste en resolver todos los conflictos en los lugares más recónditos del país.

“Ustedes (los jueces de paz) reflejan esa necesidad de las comunidades más lejanas del país y que la justicia sea una realidad, quiero agradecer esta vocación de servicio de brindar justicia, ustedes vienen de los lugares más lejanos de Huancavelica y les agradezco ese sacrificio”, señaló durante el encuentro que sostuvo con 40 jueces de paz en la sede judicial de Huancavelica.

Seguidamente, la Presidenta del Poder Judicial tomó juramento a cuatro jueces de paz de los centros poblados Castilla Pata, San Isidro de Ampurhuay, Huanaspampa de Tinquerccasa.

Por último Elvia Barrios hizo entrega de un automóvil al Presidente de la Corte de Huancavelica, para que los operadores de justicia se trasladen a zonas alejadas de la región.
