La actividad contó con la participación de los representantes del Poder Judicial, Ministerio Público, Policía Nacional del Perú y el Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.
En representación del Poder Judicial, la jueza suprema y presidenta de la Comisión de Justicia de Género, Elvira Álvarez Olazábal, expresó que con la implementación en los dos distritos judiciales se cumple la meta trazada por dicho organismo de incluir anualmente a cuatro cortes.
“Tenemos que bregar precisamente para recuperar y, en su caso, prevenir que aumente el número de víctimas en nuestro país. Por eso, el RUVA es una alianza intersectorial que nos va a permitir estar mucho mejor provistas de instrumentos tecnológicos para lograr una actuación más eficaz y eficiente”, indicó.
En agosto último, los distritos judiciales de Arequipa y Ancash fueron incluidos en este programa, creado en cumplimiento del artículo 57° de Ley N° 30364, y que es un órgano de apoyo del Sistema Nacional Especializado de Justicia para la Protección y Sanción de la Violencia contra las Mujeres e Integrantes del Grupo Familiar (SNEJ).
También se encuentran incluidas en este programa las Cortes de Lima Este, Puente Piedra-Ventanilla, Callao y Lima Norte.
La actividad contó también con la participación de la fiscal suprema Rosario López Wong; el coronel César Díaz Cachay y la abogada Juana Mendoza Flores, representantes del Ministerio Público, la Policía Nacional y del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, respectivamente.
Además, intervinieron los representantes de las Cortes y de la Junta de Fiscales de Cusco y Junín, entre otras autoridades.
