Además del presidente de la República participarán los dignatarios Iván Duque (Colombia), Juan Orlando Hernández (Honduras), Alejandro Giammattei (Guatemala), la primera ministra Mia Mottley (Barbados) y el secretario general de la OEA, Luis Almagro.
El evento se desarrollará de manera virtual y contará también con la participación de cancilleres, ministros de salud de los estados miembros, además de la presencia del embajador Harold Forsyth, representante permanente del Perú ante la OEA, quien dirigirá dicho evento.
Entre los invitados a la cumbre se confirmó la participación del director general de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, Tedros Adhanom, la directora de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud, Carissa F. Etienne.
