“(Queremos) un país donde las autoridades hablemos el mismo lenguaje, consolidemos y concreticemos el anhelo de los pueblos más profundos del país. Así como en Pichari, así como en el norte para industrializar la papa, así como en el sur para industrializar —por qué no— el litio, ¿Por qué no recuperar el gas? Este es el afán en que el Gobierno está involucrado”, explicó Pedro Castillo.

Durante el evento, resaltó la intención de su Gobierno de trabajar para dejar de ser un país primario exportador y reiteró que apuesta a la industrialización.” Vamos a trabajar fuerte para que el Perú deje de ser un país primario exportador”.

Tras inaugurar el CITEagroindustrial Vraem, que impulsará la productividad del café y el cacao en la región Cusco, dijo que es responsabilidad del Estado transferir tecnología y otorgar valor agregado a la producción agrícola.

El presidente de la República consideró necesario que Pichari sea modelo y ejemplo de esta industrialización, y que alcance no solo el café o el cacao sino también a la fruta y demás productos netamente peruanos.

En tal sentido, sostuvo que su gobierno, está comprometido en impulsar los centros de investigación y que las universidades sean abiertas para potenciarlas.

De igual forma, el mandatario hizo un llamado a los peruanos a innovarse y dejar de lado las diferencias para no perder el tiempo, ni dejarse llevar por situaciones trasnochadas.

“Se acabaron las diferencias, empecemos a trabajar, a eso hemos venido. Primero es el Perú, primero están las necesidades de la patria, los animo a seguir adelante”, añadió.

El jefe de Estado asistió a la inauguración del CITEagroindustrial Vraem junto a la Primera Dama de la Nación, Lilia Paredes; el ministro de la Producción, Yván Quispe; el director ejecutivo del Instituto Tecnológico de la Producción, Sergio Rodríguez; el directel CITEagroindustrial Vraem, José García, y diferentes empresarios y productores locales.

Similarly, the president called on Peruvians to innovate and put aside differences so as not to waste time, or get carried away by outdated situations.

“The differences are over, let’s start working, that’s what we’ve come to. Peru is first, the needs of the country come first, I encourage you to move forward ”, he added.
