Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El Organismo Nacional de Sanidad Pesquera (Sanipes), adscrito al Ministerio de la Producción, implementa a nivel nacional, la figura del Coordinador Sanitario, teniendo como función ser el nexo entre los operadores de la cadena productiva hidrobiológica y la autoridad sanitaria, así contribuir al cumplimiento normativo sanitario.
Su creación se enmarca en la modificación del Reglamento de Fiscalización Sanitaria para las Actividades Pesqueras y Acuícolas (RFSAPA) plasmadas en Resolución de Presidencia Ejecutiva N° 048-2021-SANIPES/PE, con lo que se busca el fortalecimiento de las capacidades para el correcto cumplimiento de las obligaciones sanitarias.
El lanzamiento se realizó en la ciudad de Piura, realizando el primer taller denominado “El Rol de los Coordinadores Sanitarios en las Actividades Pesqueras y Acuícolas”, y congregó a coordinadores de los maricultores de asociaciones y concesiones de Sechura.
El presidente ejecutivo de Sanipes, Johnny Marchán, quien encabezó la jornada de trabajo, resaltó que el coordinador permitirá conducir las labores pesqueras y acuícolas con apego a la norma sanitaria, facilitará y hará más eficaz nuestra comunicación en aspectos técnicos de sanidad e inocuidad; siendo el objetivo común gestionar los riesgos propios de esta actividad alimentaria.
“Estamos creando una plataforma que nos permita sostener una comunicación ágil y eficaz con los coordinadores sanitarios de todo el país, que permita fortalecer sus capacidades y ejercitar el uso de mecanismos y herramientas regulatorias que facilitan la producción y el comercio de los productos hidrobiológicos”, añadió Marchán.

En esta etapa de inicio en la región Piura, forman parte de la propuesta: 8 coordinadores sanitarios que representan a asociaciones de 8 áreas de producción de la Bahía Sechura (Chulliyachi, Matacaballo, Las Delicias, Constante, Parachique, Barrancos, Vichayo, Puerto Rico) y 2 coordinadores sanitarios que representan a concesiones de las áreas de producción de Nonura y San Pedro.

In this initial stage in the Piura region, the following are part of the proposal: 8 health coordinators representing associations from 8 production areas of Sechura Bay (Chulliyachi, Matacaballo, Las Delicias, Constante, Parachique, Barrancos, Vichayo, Puerto Rico ) and 2 health coordinators representing concessions in the Nonura and San Pedro production areas.
