Allpampa es una joven empresa francesa que incentiva el ingreso de los productores organizados de los Andes y de la Amazonía peruana con certificación orgánica, al mercado francés en condiciones favorables, es decir, mejores precios, inteligencia comercial y sostenibilidad a largo plazo. Asimismo, que las cooperativas vendan directamente a los clientes europeos, actuando como representante comercial.

Tras dos años de cooperación comercial entre la Cooperativa Agroindustrial Machupicchu y Allpampa, el cual tuvo el respaldo de Sierra y Selva Exportadora, la empresa francesa se propone nuevos retos de gran impacto para los productores peruanos de quinua orgánica.

A mediano plazo, Allpampa tiene como meta que las cooperativas alcancen una mayor participación en las transacciones post-exportación, por ejemplo, que sepan qué pasa con su producto luego de ingresar a Europa e incluso que ganen presencia local, tipo joint venture.

La importación actual consta de quinua blanca orgánica, quinua roja orgánica, quinua negra orgánica y quinua tricolor orgánica, producidas en la región Apurímac, teniendo en cuenta las exigencias del mercado francés donde Perú mantiene una buena posición como proveedor de este super alimento.

En esta iniciativa, Sierra y Selva Exportadora ha brindado asistencia técnica y comercial, así como capacitación, mediante el Plan de Negocio “Quinua perlada orgánica para mercado nacional y/o internacional de la Cooperativa Agroindustrial Machupicchu en la región Apurímac”.

Como parte del plan de negocio, facilitó información sobre manejo de costos de producción y de exportación; articulación comercial al mercado internacional; comercio exterior, exportaciones, Drawback, calidad de exportación, facilitación de la certificación Fair Trade y certificación Orgánica, entre otros.

La Cooperativa Agroindustrial Machupicchu agrupa a 420 socios quienes cultivan quinua orgánica en 300 hectáreas, situadas en el distrito de San Jerónimo, provincia de Andahuaylas, región Apurímac.

Sierra y Selva Exportadora es una institución adscrita al Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI), responsable de realizar actividades para facilitar y acercar la oferta de los productores de la agricultura familiar, así como atender la demanda en el mercado interno y externo, buscando la innovación en la parte productiva y de post cosecha, para generar valor agregado en la producción agraria y reactivar la actividad económica formal.

The current import consists of organic white quinoa, organic red quinoa, organic black quinoa and organic tricolor quinoa, produced in the Apurimac region, taking into account the demands of the French market where Peru maintains a good position as a supplier of this super food.

In this initiative, Sierra y Selva Exportadora has provided technical and commercial assistance, as well as training, through the Business Plan “Organic pearled quinoa for the national and / or international market of the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Machupicchu in the Apurímac region.”

As part of the business plan, it provided information on production and export cost management; commercial articulation to the international market; foreign trade, exports, Drawback, export quality, facilitation of Fair Trade certification and Organic certification, among others.
