En ese marco, el presidente Castillo convocó a los gobernadores regionales a una reunión en Palacio de Gobierno para el próximo jueves 9 de diciembre, a fin de elaborar un cronograma de trabajo que atienda los problemas de la población.

“Los gobernadores no solo piden al Estado, tienen propuestas sanas, es urgente sentarnos a conversar en Palacio este jueves 9, señora premier hagamos un cronograma de los trabajos que tenemos que hacer con las necesidades más urgentes del país”, refirió.

Durante la clausura del Gore Ejecutivo realizado en la región La Libertad, el mandatario sostuvo que el Gobierno Nacional, así como los gobiernos regionales tienen que “hablar un solo lenguaje” para que los peruanos que viven en las partes más alejadas del país tengan los servicios que merecen.

“Señora premier, primera vicepresidenta, señores ministros, pónganse a disposición de los gobiernos regionales, atendamos su clamor, recibamos las propuestas que nos hacen”, refirió.

El Jefe de Estado, asimismo, exhortó a que los requerimientos de agua y desagüe de los pequeños pueblos sean priorizados y declarados en emergencia, lo que implicará que los presupuestos tengan celeridad.

“Hagamos las cosas bien, me preocupa la salud del pueblo, la indiferencia de ciertos sectores que no comprenden que hemos venido a gobernar, no para robar, pero quiero ser sincero, hemos encontrado ministerios atados legalmente y hemos hecho cambios”, apuntó, tras señalar que si se han cometido errores, se han corregido.

Llamó además al Congreso a que atienda el pedido de facultades legislativas formuladas por el Ejecutivo para destrabar los proyectos de los gobiernos regionales e incrementar sus presupuestos, haciendo suyo un clamor de estas autoridades.

En otro momento, refirió que apuesta por una verdadera descentralización y, como tal, muchas instancias que tienen una duplicidad de funciones tienen que desaparecer y transferir esas facultades a las regiones, que han demostrado capacidad y a quienes exhortó a trabajar en forma transparente.

Refirió que proyectos como Chavimochic, Olmos, Majes Siguas y otros que se encuentran en la Amazonía deben hacerse realidad, y reiteró su llamado a los empresarios para que la inversión privada, sumada a la inversión del Gobierno Central y los gobiernos regionales y locales, impulsen el desarrollo del país, en el marco de la reactivación económica.

“Lo que está planteando la minera Las Bambas lo vamos a tender a la brevedad, así como lo que está pasando en la selva, en el norte del país. Asumo con mucha responsabilidad que lo que se ha trabajado acá con los ministros se hará realidad y quiero su compromiso de que, cuando encuentren o vean indicios de corrupción, dígannos, lo corregiremos y lo sancionaremos inmediatamente”, concluyó.

He also called on Congress to respond to the request for legislative powers formulated by the Executive to unblock the projects of regional governments and increase their budgets, endorsing a cry from these authorities.

At another time, he said that he is committed to true decentralization and, as such, many instances that have a duplication of functions have to disappear and transfer those powers to the regions, which have demonstrated capacity and whom he urged to work in a transparent manner.
