Cortes superiores de Puente Piedra-Ventanilla y Áncash ya cuentan con el enlace para presentar demandas por alimentos vía web.

Desde este mes, ambos distritos judiciales replican la implementación de esta herramienta electrónica, creada por profesionales de Informática de la Corte de Arequipa, donde ya funciona, e institucionalizada por el Poder Judicial.

Este sistema de intercomunicación digital permitirá remitir a los juzgados de Paz Letrado, en cuestión de segundos y de manera segura, la demanda de alimentos sin exponer la salud de los usuarios/as y del personal judicial.

Esta plataforma facilita la presentación de la demanda con o sin firma de un abogado en casos de pensión de alimentos y aumento de ésta para menores de edad y adultos, así como demandas acumuladas de filiación judicial y de paternidad extramatrimonial de alimentos.

Para ello, el usuario deberá ingresar al link de la respectiva Corte Superior a donde quiera presentar la demanda.

En el caso del Distrito Judicial de Puente Piedra-Ventanilla es: https://dalimentos.pj.gob.pe/cortes/ppventanilla/links_demanda mientras que para la Corte Superior de Áncash el enlace es: https://dalimentos.pj.gob.pe/cortes/ancash/links_demanda

En la página web de cada Corte, el usuario podrá seleccionar el tipo de demanda a presentar: alimentos, aumento de pensión de alimentos a favor de menores de edad o adultos mayores, demandas acumuladas de filiación judicial de paternidad extramatrimonial y alimentos.

Una vez que haya seleccionado el tipo de demanda deberá completar los datos solicitados del o los alimentistas e ingresar información en la sección “Medios probatorios” y adjuntar los documentos requeridos.

Luego de validar la información ingresada, se le proporcionará al usuario un Número Único de Caso (NUC), y podrá descargar el resumen de la demanda en formato PDF.

Para conocer el estado de la demanda, deberá ingresar nuevamente al sitio web, elegir la opción consulta e ingresar los últimos cuatro dígitos del NUC.

El sistema está disponible en el ámbito de ambas cortes, previa capacitación a jueces de paz letrado que ven casos de alimentos y público externo.
