En primer término, el mandatario tomó juramento a Valer Pinto como nuevo titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM). Abogado de profesión, Valer Pinto fue elegido congresista de la República para el período parlamentario 2021-2026.

Luego, de acuerdo con el orden de precedencia, César Landa Arroyo juró como ministro de Relaciones Exteriores y José Gavidia Arrascue lo hizo como titular de Defensa.

Oscar Graham Yamahuchi prestó juramento como ministro de Economía y Finanzas, mientras que Alfonso Chávarry Estrada lo hizo como titular del Interior.

Asimismo, Aníbal Torres Vásquez juró como ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y Rosendo Serna Román lo hizo como titular de Educación.

De igual modo, Hernando Cevallos Flores prestó juramento como ministro de Salud, mientras que Alberto Ramos Quilca lo hizo como titular de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego.
